Apr 01,2019I used acacia cottages to organise my sister’s hen do following a recommendation from a friend and I am so pleased I did! They have been really helpful and efficient and made planning a hen do for 21 people so much easier! We went for the classic contemporary cottages and the location and cottages were beautiful. The hot tub was a big success! The treatments and chef cooked dinner ran so smoothly and on time! Everyone said they had such a great weekend and the bride to be was so happy!

Mar 29,2019I have found there service very inadequate and we haven’t even had the hen party yet. Phoned them a few days ago to complain and organise something else for the three course meal, which you can only have one of the choices per course but was not informed this until I put the order of everyone’s meal into them, still have not heard back from them not even an email to acknowledge my phone call!!! Going to have to go ahead with the hen party as we shall lose all our deposits but I would not recommend Acacia to anyone of my friends, family or strangers and I’m due to have my own hen party next year so will be telling my bridesmaids to not book this place. I doubt il even get a reply from Acacia after this review but no one is getting in touch.

Mar 26,2019I booked Fireplace Cottage through Acacia for my sisters hen do and it was perfect! It was in a great location and had so much space to do everything we needed, the bedrooms worked out perfectly! We booked spa treatments on the Friday night and the massages were amazing! On the Saturday we booked a boot camp (on request of the bride!!) we didn't know what to expect but It was a great choice! The two ladies who ran it were amazing and we all had so much fun throughout the session which finished with yummy snacks and prosecco! We had transfers booked for the Saturday night, they were prompt and the taxi man was a great laugh to have, we knew we would get home in one piece! I have previously used Acacia for another hen and again it was a great experience and will be booking again with them! Thank you Jemma for all your help!

Mar 26,2019Enjoyable weekend .Booked at taxi to take some of the party to Leeds. However the taxi driver was not local to the area meaning that he was late for the pick up. Would advise hiring local taxi firm

We had a fantastic time and it was great to know that the activities were all booked, timings worked perfectly and it helped to reduce any worrying so I could just enjoy the weekend. Would definitely recommend!

Mar 19,2019I really can't recommend Acacia Cottages enough. Jemma was very helpful throughout the whole process and really did ensure everything went smoothly. She answered all of my question and queries quickly! Richmond Farmhouses were amazing, beautifully decorated and well equipped with everything we needed! We also organised a cocktail making session, beauty treatments & a 3 course chefs meal, all of which were faultless and definitely made our weekend! Using Acacia Cottages definitely made planning a big hen do a lot easier and less stressful. I would definitely recommend and wouldn't hesitate to use again. Thank you so much! :)

Mar 13,2019Acacia Cottages were so patient, very helpful and we had a great weekend! So useful that the group can make individual payments. We stayed at Swallow, Tenby Cottages, and it had the most amazing living/ kitchen / dining area which was so good for a big crowd. Plenty of space, lovely rooms and enough showers. We did the dance lesson and the lady was great, would definitely recommend!

Mar 12,2019It was so easy to organise Abi's hen do with Acacia, everyone was so helpful and friendly. Norfolk Country House was amazing and I'd definitely recommend it! Loads of comfortable beds and enough showers - v important with 17+ hens! The house is so well equipped and they'd thought of everything you might need. The chef they organised did a fantastic job catering for us all and the beauticians were so friendly. Everyone had a fantastic time - thank you!

Mar 04,2019We had brilliant time at the Luxury Yorkshire property. We booked two activities through Acacia cottages a private chef and gin tasting both were fantastic the girls really enjoyed them. Everything was made easy for us from payment to an itinerary of the weekend. Would definitely use again.

Feb 26,2019Streamside, Hot Tub & Pool, was a fantastic destination. We started the weekend by relaxing in the hot tub and then each guest enjoyed a relaxing spa treatment. We did a cocktail making class in the evening with the fantastic Mike. We also had transfers into Bath city centre everything was perfect from start to finish! Everyone enjoyed the whole weekend. Would highly recommend!!!

Feb 20,2019We had a fab time at the New Town House in Bath. The house was so quirky everyone loved the bunk beds! Loads of space and really comfy. Lots of bathroom and mirror space for all. Booking was easy as everyone could log in and pay as they wanted which took the hassle from me. Everyone I dealt with was more than helpful and always quick to respond. My sister had a fantastic hen do and the dance lesson with Jilly was a huge hit, who knows it may get recreated at the wedding!!

Apr 03,2019I booked a hen do for 18 people through Acacia Cottages and honestly couldn’t fault them. Jemma always responded to my email queries promptly and regularly sent her own emails to check in and make sure everything ran smoothly. The payment system is ideal for large groups and takes the pressure off the organiser. We stayed in Norfolk Country House as a package with a catered 3 course meal and life drawing and it was the best weekend! I was dubious when first booking as hadn’t heard of them before but would highly recommend!
