Feb 15,2019Excellent weekend organised by Acacia at the Chew Magna Farmhouse and spa. Ideal location for a relaxing hen party being close to Bath and Bristol. Owners we're lovely and house was well stocked with supplies for the weekend including a gorgeous open log fire. Accommodation was quiet and relaxing and idea for a large group and spa was appreciated after a busy weekend. Acacia organised a cocktail masterclass and dinner for us at Los Iguanas in Bath which was great value for money and good fun. Dinner was ok but the service was amazing. We moved onto a bar afterwards and were picked up for travel back to the cottage in a mini bus. Overall highly recommended company and cottage and will recommend to others, many thanks!

Feb 12,2019I would definitely recommend acacia cottages to anyone planning a hen do. They made the experience easy and stress free. The stylish stone house was absolutely amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed our pottery painting and 3 course meal we had cooked for us. It was a fantastic weekend and the bride to be as well as all the hens had a great time. Thank you so much!

Feb 11,2019Acacia really took the stress out of hen do planning! They were communicative and quick to tailor the weekend to what our bride wanted. We had a mixed bag of people, some of whom didn't want to do certain activities, and others who wanted to join in on various days - but Acacia handled all of this with ease, adjusting numbers and costings and contacting bars and the like to keep them informed. When we arrived, the different activity providers were prepared for us and our dietary requirements/pregnancies/whatever else was going on! Over the weekend everything ran extremely smoothly - our transfers were always there a couple of minutes early (to allow corralling almost 20 women into minibuses), and the activities themselves had clearly been vetted: they were fun and classy. The accommodation we stayed in was gorgeous and clean - everyone commented on how amazing it was, and the hen do itself. Massive thanks to the Acacia team, and especially Becca who was our coordinator!

Dec 14,2018Spent a weekend in the Cotswolds with nine of my friends for my 50th birthday which was arranged by Acacia cottages..stayed at Country cotswold which was beautiful and in a really nice location The wonderful Jemma, who was really helpful, arranged a Fame dance class, which was hilarious and so much fun, a delicious meal cooked and delivered by a local chef to heat up when we wanted ( it was gorgeous) we also had kareoke machine delivered the house on the saturday night which was enjoyed by everyone. All in all the whole weekend ran like clockwork and I Would defiantly recommend this company to anyone organizing a hen weekend, special birthday or even just a fun weekend away with the girlies.

Nov 09,2018I used Acacia for my sister’s hen weekend and I have to say it was a great from start to finish!! All my emails were responded to very quickly and every care was made to help. The lodge was perfect and had everything we needed. We had beauticians and chef come to the lodge and again was fantastic. I would recommend this lodge/package for not just hen parties but for any good get together.

Facilities brilliant, loved the cow shed toiletries, fab living areas for a big group!faultless and couldn't think of anything I could suggest to improve on( costly but worth it!) Will no doubt use again

Oct 04,2018We had fantastic weekend at Stone Farmhouse for my sisters hen do. The accommodation was brilliant, so clean and homely with everything we needed and the hot tubs were an added bonus. Jemma, from Acacia cottages, was so helpful all the way through the organisation process and was always very quick to respond to emails. An all round great experience!

The accommodation was excellent (South Gloucestershire Property), I have stayed in a number of cottages before but this was by far the best and extremely clean. The organising was massively helped, as not only did we book accommodation through this company we also had canapés on arrival and a 3 course meal on the Saturday evening. The food on both occasions was also excellent. Fantastic weekend all round.

Sep 21,2018Firstly Jemma was just an absolute star in helping plan everything, making it easy! We booked Chew Magna Famrhouse and Spa , the photos do by do it justice! It’s a lovely home with gorgeous gardens and amazing spa facilities!! We had an absolute ball with burlesque session, delicious food cooked for us and finished it all with a relaxing session in the spa facilities!! Perfect place!!

Sep 21,2018We had an amazing time! Initially there was a small issue with a mis-communication with costs but it was all sorted out. Jemma took over our booking and was our point of contact and was amazing, super helpful and great communication right up until the day! We stayed at Bath Barns which was incredible, we loved the accommodation so much, plenty of room for socialising, bedrooms and bathrooms were great. Would recommend a couple of new big frying pans as cooking breakfast for 14 wasn’t easy! But that’s really the only small criticism as it was all amazing. The people at Mendip shooting ground were awesome and we had a lot of fun! Our shuttle into Bath was on time and friendly! Everything was awesome so thanks so much!

Sep 16,20186 of us stayed at five star cottage in the peak district for my hen weekend. Acacia cottages were really easy to deal with, and the add on's we chose were well worth the money (private chef and beauty treatments). The 3 course meal cooked for us by the chef was all made fresh and was absolutely gorgeous. He washed the pots and cleaned the kitchen afterwards! And the facial I had was so relaxing. The cottage itself was beautiful and enormous and clean and tidy! Beds were comfortable and the hot tub was amazing! The only slight downside to the cottage was the Wi-Fi/connection. In order to get a signal at all I had to walk half way down the field outside! And the Wi-Fi was unreliable. But that was the only negative, we had an amazing weekend, it was excellent value for money and acacia staff were easy to deal with and responded quickly to any emails. I would highly recommend 😁

Sep 14,2018From beginning to end Acacia Cottages really delivered an unforgettable Hen weekend for my best friend at Bath Barns. The whole process was made extremely easy and straightforward using their online system which allowed all 18 girls to be responsible for their own payment of the hen weekend. The price for the two nights accommodation and the activities we had booked were very well priced and perfect for the barn! The barn itself was beautiful in a lovely setting just outside the city centre. It really was a lovely place and I will definitely be recommending Acacia Cottages in the future.

Sep 13,2018What a fantastic break we had for my friends hen weekend- we stayed at Stone Farmhouse and this property was amazing. Plenty of space inside and all the amenities you would need, outside a heated pool and 2 hot tubs which we got great use out of throughout the weekend. The house owner was lovely and helpful and accommodating to requests where she could, we booked some great activities that all came to the house and this made the break truly relaxing and hassle free, I would definitely recommend this to family and friends and would stay again

Feb 19,2019From start to finish our stay here has been incredible. I was blown away by how beautiful the cottage was (stunning farm barns). It was more than enough space for us (12 people). With the mezzanine it was so easy to hang decorations for the bride to be. We arrived to a welcome basket full of cereals, bread, red wine, biscuits and jam. We also found milk and two welcome bottles of prosecco in the fridge. We also had fresh chicken eggs from the local farm which was a nice touch. The bedrooms were beautiful with really comfy beds with en suite bathrooms upstairs. The hot tub outside was massive and we also loved the garden (although we would have probably used this more would it have been summer). We organised our butler in the buff with acacia cottages and this was so well organised and went very well. Andrew was good fun and he came up with so many fab games for us to play. I don't have anything bad to say about my experience with acacia or the cottage we stayed in. Jemma has been so helpful with everything and so accommodating. We were originally going to be put into two cottages however we were informed that due to an extension, then we could all stay together which I believe made the weekend as good as it was.
