I have a nothing but good things to say about this company .
I was misinformed about the program I was set up with. Paying nearly $40 a week when I was told the average was $90 a month.. don’t feel like the system is charging correctly. I was gone from home turned off and unplugged everything even the air to see what the average was and it was still about $4 when I was told the daily average is about $3... very unhappy.. also I was told I would get extra credits to my account if I made a payment of $20 or more, now they are telling me it’s $50 and get a 5 credit which don’t add up to the advertising in the Dallas green sheet
Both representatives that I spoke with were very patient and thorough in the explanation of services and plan options. I also like that I get a text every morning of my usage and balance
I dont know how thr electricity is calculated, im not home all day and the a.c is set at 78 . But i always spend almost the same amount everyday regarless of the activity. ?
I was really bothered by the text I received Friday telling me my service was suspended
the plans are not explained clearly by sales reps even they, seem confused. Due to system errors, ive recieved disconnection notices TWICE after paying, this is very unsettling. The chRges are not clearly explained UNLESS u use the app. I enjoy the daily usage texts
Great company very very reasonable
Emails are misleading. I receive 2 separate emails every morning. Example: 1 says I will be disconnected and the 2nd one says I have several days left. This happens a lot! Also, I receive a disconnection email the next morning after I've made a payment the previous day. This also happens a lot.
When I needed their help they fixed the problem right away
I love the fact that I can see my daily usage on a daily basis.
