Jan 23,2018Absolutely love the fact that my balance was low and i recieved a text that they acknowledged that situation, and informed me the weather was going to get treacherous within the upcoming days and asked if I needed assistance with my payment. I cant recollect any other electric company to show they cared about my well being. I didnt need it, but it was very nice to know.
