Rajkumar Karki was an executional guide ! Time and time again I found myself at the end of the group and he always stayed with me the entire time. I was slow and had to take many breaks but he was so sweet and accommodating. He wouldn’t linger and allowed me to walk my pace. His positive attitude is what really stood out. He was constantly encouraging a good attitude and it really did show in our progress. Raj was so knowledgeable about the mountains and the places we were stopping and it was always a fun little lesson. Overall he did an amazing job and made everyone feel welcome. He was a great guide and he made our group feel whole. Thank you Raj !

I had the most incredible time completing the EBC trek with my group all thanks to my guides Rajkumar and Kali. They were extremely knowledgeable about the trek, cared about the well-being of all group members and were very organised and accomodating. I would 100% recommend Ace the Himalaya and Rajkumar as a guide for anyone interested in trekking in Nepal! Special shout-out to our porter Govinda for looking after us. Thanks once again Rajkumar for always helping us stay positive and being the best guide!

Ace the Himalayas rock and so does our guide Sushanta. Our assistant guide Kumar and all the helpers including Hari, Sumant, Milan, Hem and everyone. Sushanta set the perfect pace from the very beginning and the way he arranged us to fly from Janakpur to Lukla is really commendable. He was there every step of the trek to guide and to help us. He is the real star of the trek. Kumar, Hari, Milan and Sumant all went beyond their call of duty to be there to help us in any way possible. The trip was not easy but definitely lovely. Our whole group was just amazing and each and everyone was very considerate of the needs of others. We named it Jam- Jam ( Nepali word) group. We definitely made the memories of a lifetime and many amazing new friends. We are still on WhatsApp group and still sharing memories. We will definitely recommend Ace the Himalayas and once again Sushanta, thank you for making ours into a wonderful trek. Looking forward for your guidance and friendship sometime, somewhere again. Keep up the great work you are doing 👍

I highly recommend ACE the Himalaya. They offer exceptional customer service from first contact till the end of your trek. They are very professional. When enquiring about the trek my initial contact was with Prem whom I found very efficient answering my emails promptly and in great detail. I was lucky enough to have Pasang as my guide, what a legend. He was able to answer my many questions throughout the trek and offer local knowledge about the many villages and Nepalese culture. He took great care of us, with our accommodation, food and health, checking oxygen levels daily to ensure we were acclimatising ok. Our porters Rabin and Pradip carried our bags, not an easy task, they were very caring and I enjoyed our many conversations. All round an amazing experience, I made it to Everest Base camp due to the support and care from the team at ACE the Himalaya. I would definitely use ACE again. Namaste.

**Trekking to Annapurna Base Camp: A Ruggedly Beautiful Adventure** **Guide:** Our trek to Annapurna Base Camp was led by Pasang, a guide whose understanding and accommodating nature truly enhanced our experience. Pasang's ability to adjust the pace and itinerary to suit our group's comfort was invaluable, especially given the physical challenges we faced. Pasang shortened our trekking days by our request so we can spend more days in Pokhara. **Trail Conditions:** The trek itself was a test of endurance. The trails were often steep and rugged, with sections where the stairs seemed endless. A notable mention must go to the frequent presence of animal dung on these stairs, which added an element of surprise (and sometimes, a need for careful stepping) to our journey. **Physical Challenge:** Physically, this trek pushed our limits. The altitude, combined with the demanding terrain, made for a challenging adventure. It's not an undertaking for the faint-hearted but is incredibly rewarding for those who seek a test of their physical capabilities. **Facilities:** The accommodations and dining along the route were basic, reflecting the remote nature of the trek. The inns provided the necessities, though comfort was minimal. Expect simple, shared accommodations, often with thin walls and basic bedding. The toilets were, in a word, rustic. They were functional but offered little in the way of luxury or privacy, which was quite an adventure in itself. **Cuisine:** Food was adequate, with local dishes being the highlight. Meals were simple, warm, and served the purpose of refueling after long days of trekking. Don't come expecting gourmet dining, but the dal bhat and fried noodled became comforting staples by the end of our journey. **Scenery:** The crown jewel of this trek is undoubtedly the scenery. The view of Annapurna and the surrounding peaks is nothing short of spectacular. Each day brought new vistas, with the mountain range often looming majestically over us, offering breathtaking panoramas that made every step worthwhile. But unfortunately, the amazing view live shortly (a couple hours) because soon it was covered by fog. **Overall:** Trekking to Annapurna Base Camp is not for everyone, but for those who choose to undertake it, the experience is deeply enriching. The physical challenge, combined with basic living conditions, contrasts sharply with the sublime beauty of the Himalayas. If you're prepared for a rugged adventure with moments of profound natural beauty and are led by a guide like Pasang, this trek can be a highlight of your travel experiences. Just remember to pack your sense of humor for the toilets and a good pair of trekking shoes for the stairs!

The trip so amazing, our guide (named Pasang) and sherpa really helpful and friendly. The view along the route very breathtaking. We enjoyed the trip. It’s unforgettable experience to live in local people house and experience their culture and foods. Refreshing mind and soul with so many snowy mountains along the route.

We had an incredible experience on the Everest Base Camp (EBC) trek. The support from our trip organizer, Ace the Himalaya, was outstanding. Our guides, Ram, Kalika, and the rest of the team, went above and beyond to ensure the trek was smooth and enjoyable. On Day 7, we encountered a severe snowstorm, but thanks to the guidance and assistance of the Ace the Himalaya team, we were able to push through and complete the trek. I highly recommend Ace the Himalaya and will definitely choose them for my next adventure in Nepal.

I had a wonderful experience doing Everest Base Camp Trek with Ace The Himalayas. Our guide Maddy and assistant guide Jit were there every step of the way to make the experience seemless whether it was proactively ensuring we had enough water, giving us accurate recommendations for what was ok to eat, debriefing us every evening with the events of the day as well as what was to expect the next day and more. To me it felt like all I had to do was focus on the walking and the breathtaking views. One night before our arrival to Everest Base Camp we were hit with one of the biggest snowstorms in recent memory and as a result we had to turn back in order to prioritize our safety. Maddy, Jit and the porters (Hira, Kumar, Basanta, Hemanta, Sabin, Dil) were extremely responsive and safety-oriented. Within minutes they had a plan for returning to a nearby town and reserving our beds for that night. The porters carried our bags through a snow storm making this difficult and potentially dangerous situation feel much more innocuous than it would have been without their expert judgement and execution. Overall, the trip was a blast and even though we didn’t make it to base camp (nobody did that week because they closed it), I felt like the journey itself had already been worth it because of all the fun, laughter and breathtaking views we shared along the way. I feel extremely grateful to Ace the Himalayas for this adventure of a lifetime and I would recommend any of their trips because I’m now familiar with the team’s passion and their commitment to providing a fantastic outdoor experience in even the most challenging situations. Once again a massive, heartfelt thank you to Maddy, Jit, Hira, Kumar, Basanta, Hemanta, Sabin and Dil

Meus agradecimentos a todos da Ace the Himalaya em especial aos nossos guias Rajendra (Raje), Sauman, Binod e Peshal( carregador e também nosso guia em algumas ocasiōes) E aos carregadores Narayan, Gombu, Sher, Dipak and Putra!! Recomendo fortemente essa empresa.

We were referred to Ace the Himalaya by a friend of ours who have used Ace the Himalaya in the past. Now we are back in USA and can say with certainty that we are more than 100% happier with service they have provided for our EBC trek. We have seen all weather conditions during our EBC trek including few sunny days, couple of rainy days and we also got stuck in the middle of snow storm for couple of days. These conditions obviously created some challenges and needed some adjustments to the planning. Due to snow storm we had to use up one additional day on our way to EBC, This prompted for some adjustments to our existing itinerary. Our lead guide Ram has provided all the possible options given the conditions and made sure we are in better positioned to reach our final goal EBC. I cannot thank enough how our guide Ram and assistant guide Kalika have taken care of the situation and gave us the best possible experience. As the trek towards EBC progressed we opted to use helicopter instead of trekking down to accommodate lost days during our hike up. Ace the Himalaya management team and our guide Ram has handled this change gracefully and adjusted our subsequent accommodations etc perfectly to meet our needs. Big Thank you to Ram and Kalika!! We can truly see “customer is god” mindset from Ram, Kalika and the supporting porter team. I am planning to take another Himalayan trekking adventure with my family for summer 2025, and Ace The Himalaya in the only one I will use without any second thoughts. Overall I would say Ace the Himalaya has great back end management team with very strong and exceptional team on the group. Thank you Ram and Kalika for giving us the wonderful experience during our EBC trip. Thank you

My friend and I, coming from China, purchased a custom two-person product of  "Everest High Passes and Island Peak", and we are very grateful for the meticulous arrangement by ACE Company, which gave us such a perfect 23-day journey. I planned the EBC trek a year ago and started looking for a company to sign up with three months ago. After comparing multiple channels and companies, I finally chose ACE Company for three reasons: 1) Ranked first on TripAdvisor with a very high satisfaction rating; 2) Communication with the sales manager Sujan was very smooth, with timely and comprehensive responses (at least 30 emails exchanged), showing patience and thoughtfulness; 3) The website offers professional products that are rich in variety and reasonably priced, making it easy to find products that meet our needs. At the departure briefing in Kathmandu, Mr. Prem gave us a very clear explanation, including the itinerary and precautions, which made us understand the future journey clearly and filled us with confidence. Raj kumar was our guide for this trip. Given the unknowns and challenges of this journey, a good guide was so important to us. Raj has 11 years of experience in the Himalayas, and he is handsome, cheerful, and sunny, with excellent communication skills. He was very sensitive to the needs of the guests and could often solve our concerns before we even raised them. We all liked him very much, and over the 23 days together, we formed a brotherly friendship. Firstly, his professionalism as a guide is beyond doubt, familiar with all road conditions, potential problems, and better solutions. For example: 1) He would explain the itinerary for the next few days with a map every day, making us very clear about the route and the road conditions and challenges we would face. Due to weather and our physical condition, he always provided a more reasonable route for discussion, which was of great help in completing the journey smoothly; 2) He was very concerned about our physical condition, measuring our blood pressure every day, caring for us, and having various emergency medicines. I had severe coughing, knee pain, and altitude sickness during the trek, and he provided solutions for all these issues; 3) He was very cheerful and enthusiastic, good at communication, and we would always be happy together after trekking, which helped to alleviate the fatigue of the day. 4) He was dedicated to serving us, always ready to help solve problems and fight for our interests. He also constantly asked for our suggestions for improvement, which was very rare and allowed him to continuously progress. All of this made our entire journey smooth and satisfying. There is much more to say, but in summary, Raj is a very professional and reliable friend, and we highly recommend him. I also want to express special gratitude to Pemba, my Sherpa guide for the Island Peak climb. He has rich high-altitude experience (climbing 8000-meter peaks multiple times a year) and a strong physique (due to days of snowfall, the disappeared rope and the snow-covered road were quickly cleared by him and another Sherpa, making a summit that no one had faith in possible. We successfully reached the summit the day after the continuous snowfall. I believe Pemba is a professional guide you can trust wholeheartedly. Throughout our 23 days on the road, we met many guides from ACE Company, and they also maintained good relationships, showing concern for their clients and a love for their work. I believe ACE Company is a company that can be trusted on the tough roads of the Himalayas. Thank you again.

The company was very organized and answered all the questions prior to the trip through email. Their website is pretty thorough with the FAQs and payments, bookings. Our guide Raj Neupane, assistant guide Sauman, and porters Narayan, Sher, Gambu, Putra, Pesal, Dipak were incrediblyyyy kind, friendly, helpful, accommodating throughout the entire trek! And at the end when the weather posed some logistical challenges from lukla back to Kathmandu, our guide did insane amount of coordinations to organize a helicopter so we catch our international flights and Ace was very organized with readjusting our accommodations. Definitely recommend Ace the Himalayas.

This is my first time hiking in Nepal and I’m lucky to go with the ACE the Himalaya for my Everest base camp (EBC) hiking. This company has a high reputation for good organization of all kinds of EBC hiking. We participated a pre-hiking meeting given by Mr. Prem which let us well-informed about the key points and the details. The officier Mr. Sujan kept all the things in control. I like our guide Mr. Raj very much. He is experienced, supportive, handsome and helpful. Raj has been working as licensed guide for 11 years. First of all, he managed to get us on board the precious flight from Kathmandu to Lukla which would usually be re-scheduled or even canceled. Everyday, Raj would carefully designed the hiking route and tell us the expected arrival time. Amazingly, his estimated time was usually very accurate because he had observed our walking speed on the way. When we got to high altitude area, Raj would ask whether we suffered from any discomfort and check our blood oxygen level and heartbeat each day. If you think these are routine work for a guide, then I would like to say that Raj cares about his customers and willing to do extra work to improve our experience. He waked up at 3:30am in the morning three times to check the weather for us, and lead us climbing Gokyo Ri twice within 24 hours to let us enjoy the stunning view of sunrise on Cho Oyu. When I did not stand stable and about to fall when we cross the Cho La Pass in snow, Raj hold me still from behind. Otherwise I might get injured. Same thing happened when we walked on slippery snow-covered stones to the EBC. Raj would carry my backpack when I felt tired, and always encouraged us to think positive. We are grateful to this company and the guide, and would like to recommend ACE the Himalayas and Mr. Raj as the tour guide if you plan to hike or trek in Nepal.

I finished my EBC- Gokyo trip with our group of 7 friends. I would like to thank Ace and my guiding team which includes our lead guide Pasang Dawa Sherpa, Asst. guide Sauman and four wonderful porters Deepak, Robin, Hem Tamang, and Gombu for making this challenging trip so wonderful. Pasang and team was the great help at every step of our journey and they took care of everything we needed to finish this challenging trek successfully. Pasang understands the dynamics of the group and the individuals strength and weakness very well. He made sure that each person is getting one-on-one support on difficult terrains and no one was left alone. Sauman was also great support providing the daily briefings for next day’s trek, keeping the oxygen level monitored. This trekking trip is the most wonderful experience of my life and I would like to express my gratitude to ACE, Pasang and team to make this journey unforgettable.

We embarked on the Everest Base Camp (EBC) trekking trip with Ace the Himalayas, and it was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience in the mountains. I had the chance to immerse myself in mountain life and witness the grandeur of the Himalayas firsthand. Our incredible support team consisted of our lead guide, Pasang, assistant guide Sauman, and a crew of four porters—Dipak, Hem, Rabin, and Gombu. Pasang and Sauman were exceptionally knowledgeable, answering all our questions and explaining the heights and significance of different mountains along the way. The final four days of the trek, from Lobuche to EBC and back through Dzongla, Chola Pass, and Thangnak to Gokyo, were especially challenging. The rugged terrain made the journey difficult, but our guides and porters provided one-on-one assistance and ensured that we completed the trek safely. They continuously monitored our blood oxygen levels and briefed us every day about the upcoming segment of the trek, addressing any concerns we had. This trekking adventure stands as one of the most extraordinary experiences of my life, and I will cherish the memories forever. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to Pasang, Sauman, and the porters for their unwavering care throughout the journey. A special thanks to the team at Ace the Himalayas for providing such an outstanding group to make this adventure so memorable. Thank you!

Our Everest Base Camp trek with Ace the Himalayas was a once-in-a-lifetime journey that left me with unforgettable memories of mountain life. The experience was truly remarkable, and I couldn't have asked for a better team to guide us through the Himalayas. Leading the way were Pasang, our lead guide, and Sauman, our assistant guide, supported by an amazing team of four porters—Dipak, Hem, Rabin, and Gombu. Pasang and Sauman’s expertise was invaluable, as they patiently answered all our questions and shared insights about the mountains, including their heights and significance. The most challenging part of our trek was the final stretch from Lobuche to Everest Base Camp and the return journey through Dzongla, Chola Pass, and Thangnak to Gokyo. The terrain was tough, and the trek was grueling, but our guides and porters were there for us every step of the way. They ensured our safety, provided one-on-one support, and monitored our blood oxygen levels daily. Their briefings for the next day's trek were thorough, and they were always ready to address any questions we had. This adventure was an incredible highlight of my life, and I’ll forever cherish the experience. I want to extend my deepest thanks to Pasang, Sauman, and the porters for their dedication and care. Additionally, I’d like to thank Ace the Himalayas for assembling such a phenomenal team that made my trek truly special. Thank you!
