Jun 21,2023Excellent communication from Justin and Callum about my enquiry about a particular keyboard, and then no pressure advice given. I attended the shop and purchased a lovely second hand Nord keyboard, though noticed when I got home that a dial was missing (we'd all missed it, there are so many!). No trouble from the shop, and Keith responded to my email within an hour or so to advise that he'd contacted Nord and a replacement would be sent out to me soon. Good old fashioned service.
