Oct 23,2023Absolutely first class service from Callam who sourced, set up and shipped my latest Revstar RSS02T out to me and I could not be happier. So many guitar retailers don’t even bother to set up your guitar before shipping it to you and this ruins your experience when you come to try it out and the action is either too high or too low. You then have to take it to a luthier to set it up for you and this costs you in time and money. Having spoken to Callam after purchasing my second Revstar from him, he explained that as a result of having gone through a similar experience himself he was determined to not let this happen to any guitar that he sold. True to his word…this is now my fourth Revstar from A&C Hamilton and every Revstar has been perfectly set up and they’re an absolute dream to play. Knowing you can trust Callam to set up your guitar prior to you receiving it, is priceless. If you haven’t already…try this company out, as they are fantastic! Thank you so much Callam.

Excellent service, incredibly fast delivery, within 24hours, at no extra cost, and arrives well packaged with a courier you can track in real time. Sep 21,2023I happened to stumble across this store when searching for a Yamaha Revstar and I’m so glad that I did! There were several Revstars listed as ‘Ex Demo’ but after purchasing the first one - a RSS20 Sunset Burst - and inspecting it upon arrival, it looked brand new without a mark on it, so I went ahead and got a Swift Blue as well. I have played Fender’s for the last 40+ years and although never letting me down, these Revstars are the absolute dog’s danglers. Believe all the hype…because they are that good, honestly. What makes this shopping experience all the sweeter though, is the amazing set up and attention to detail by Callam. Most retailers are usually just middle men who sell the guitars on to you without even looking or checking the guitars before they ship them out to you. Then you need to take them to a luthier to get them set up properly because the retailer hasn’t set them up. This is NOT the case with Callam! He gives them the once over and sets them up perfectly prior to shipping, so you’re safe in the knowledge that once you open your new guitar, you’re able to play it straight away; as it should be. This is an absolute gem of a shop with real people working here, who have genuine stock, fantastic guitars and a real passion for selling you an instrument not just an item. I’m currently waiting on the arrival of another Revstar to come in and I have no reservation that this will be another beauty which will be set up a dream. Thank you so much Callam and to all your team working there. Absolute class company and fantastic guitars.
