Apr 29,2023I was looking around for electronic drum effect pads, ACH had one, I called them, very helpful staff. Made a purchase and I received it the following day. So pleased that I went back to them and also ordered another similar device (different effects), and similarly received it very quickly. Would definitely use ACH again, and would recommend.

This is a brand new model so I had very limited knowledge of this board and the staff had not had chance to familiarize themselves with said keyboard as they also hadn’t seen it prior to the order being placed . But they all went above and beyond in helping me get to grips with this. But after some very lengthy phone conversations they managed to steer me in the right direction .
