I didn't have many questions, but the young salesman was pleasant and helpful and quickly got the guitar and case ready while I browsed a bit. Easy transaction and a nice store. Very happy with the purchase.

Dec 06,2023Visited the shop with a view to buying a new CSP 275 piano having spoken already to a very enthusiastic Justin on the phone. Alan listened to what we were hoping to achieve and gave us a great demonstration of the instrument explaining its features at our level (proper beginners). He offered sage advice as to the best location in the house. We ordered one straight away and were delighted with personal delivery, all assembled and ready to play, by Alan and his colleague in good time despite being 90 miles away. All in all a very good experience and we are getting on very well with the piano too. Clearly the right one for us to have bought.

Nov 28,2023Initially spoke to Justin who was extremely helpful / knowledgable with regard technical aspects and my requirements for a possible purchase. Visited the shop and Alan demonstrated the keyboard and also looked after me during a very pleasant and unpressurised afternoon with a few cups of tea and much discussion in order to buy the correct equipment for my needs. A thoroughly enjoyable experience and I would not hesitate to return to the shop and the excellent customer care that I received then and post purchase.

Nov 27,2023Initial communication with Keith was superb, in terms of details re stock availability, price and part exchange options information. They also had best deal available at that time in the UK for new PSR SX700 as well as good range of second hand quality keyboard options. I felt I got a deal great enough to warrant a 400mile round trip to part ex existing keyboard for a new SX700. On arriving at the store, very warm welcome from Justin who knew the product inside out, could answer any question or query and also demonstrate the keyboard superbly. Then, in front of me, my new keyboard was unboxed in front of me, updated and expansions added so that it was good to go immediately before re-boxing securely for return trip home. Even provided a great brew up to refresh me after lengthy journey. THIS folks, is the way music shops should treat customers, its a long time since I've found such a helpful, knowledgeable experience in a keyboard supplier in recent years, have no hesitation in recommending A & C Hamilton.
