Jun 19,2024I ordered an acoustic guitar. The guitar case came with some cosmetic damage in transit. I contacted A&C Hamilton, and got put in touch with Callam. He called me, was very apologetic, understanding, and put forward a resolution to sort everything out. In the end, and I am very happy with the guitar and service from these guys, and would have no doubts recommending them to anyone.

The set up, when the instrument arrived, was the best and most professional set up I've ever encountered. I thought I could set guitars up...Not just a good or great service, an absolutely exemplary one.
