Apr 20,2024This is our third keyboard purchased from A C Hamilton and we would not shop anywhere else. The service from Justin and Keith is second to none and cannot be faulted. In my opinion A C Hamilton not only offers value for money but a first class service.

Apr 16,2024I walked into A&C Hamilton Musical Instruments wanting to have a good look at the Korg Nautilus 88 AT. Deep down I really wanted the PA5X 88, but just thought it was more than I wanted to spend. Justin at the store, give me a full presentation of the Nautilus and nothing was too much for him. He did however hint that the PA5X would be a better choice. I am sure he was reading my mind. He then give a full demo of the PA5X, it was an amazing piece of kit. I did mention how much I truly loved it, but it was more than I wanted to spend. I have a figure in mind of how far I wanted to go. Well Justin "just happened"to have a secondhand one on sale - the 88 key one - the one I really and truly wanted. He also had the PaAS speaker at hand. Apparently this too was secondhand. I say apparently as both the keyboard and speaker looked as if they just came out of the box. He then told me how much they were selling for, which was a hefty lump off a new price. He could have sold them as new and no one would have known, that they had been used. However they were still outside of what I wanted to spend but not by too much. I did say if he could do both for the price I will take them away here and now. He agreed, we bubble wrapped both items, I put them in my car, paid the price and we shook hand. I could not be happier with the items, the service, the time Justin took to make sure I was happy. Nothing was too much for him. 100% perfect.

Sale was simple and assistant carefully reboxed the guitar. Good to support my local music shop rather than buying online, and I got a good deal in the process.

They didn’t disappoint, to be fair I could have purchased the same keyboard from any of the other various shops, but where would I get free help with any problems encountered when buying any new product but this music shop provides the best after sales expert advice and best of all all at the end of a phone Any time during the week on any thing purchased from this company. The staff will give you good advice on anything you were thinking of buying.

Apr 21,2024My experience great? Well I would have liked Tom Daley to deliver, then that would be great! However, I love the sound quality and my hubby, a classical baroque violinist heard me playing and he was most impressed by the violin voice. I'm not that happy with the the mic sound, it comes over a wee bit muffily. I need to sort that out. What type of mic do you suggest? It arrived well packed, like a nuclear warhead, and as a pensioner it took me ages to get to the instrument. After a nap, I mustered up the strength to attack the dreaded tape! I would have thought by now, maybe not to use polystyrene for packaging. I live in a very rural area and this does upset me, especially because of only a few of the urban numbnut dwellers like to dump the waste in secluded rural areas. The chap who took my order, was very polite, and able to have a laugh with me. He was very professional and I felt relaxed and happy to spend my money with you. So... Thank you all. Nice one.
