Dec 19,2023Ordered online from A&C Hamilton due to very good price. Shipped and delivered promptly and the guitar was well set up and in tune out of the box. Delighted with the sound, appearance and playability of the guitar. The guitar came with a good quality gig bag but no instructions on the electronics or truss rod adjustment tool though that may be how they come from the factory. Didn't really need them anyway. Overall a great purchase and great service.

Dec 17,2023The chaps couldn’t have been more helpful. I had a keyboard to part ex and they even carried it in from my vehicle for me (and loaded the new one). Extremely well versed in the keyboards they sell and went to great lengths to explain the functionality to me. Best of all, they spent over an hour loading free software for my keyboard. This was the reason I chose A&C Hamilton. In my opinion, it’s their unique selling point.

They also confirmed dispatch that day and next day delivery. Received it next morning! Beautiful guitar, well set up at an excellent price. The best service I've received in a long time. Bravo, top marks!
