They were very very helpful when DPD tried to deliver my parcel to the wrong address!! not their fault at all but very willing to help

Apr 22,2024There was an issue with an item the courier had left at a pick up shop (NOT Acre's fault at all), and Becki was on it straight away. Becki rectified the issue quickly, with continuous communication and professionalism. I'd highly recommend Acre as a supplier. They're always helpful and friendly to deal with and we've been with them for quite a few years now.
