We had a little difficulty setting up my account, but the staff at Acre went above and beyond to ensure I was able to order prior to a new clinic opening, even getting in contact with updates out of hours! Absolutely fabulous customer service. My order was processed and arrived incredibly quickly, all products are competitively priced, and I will continue to use Acre as my primary supplier in the future.

Jun 14,2021Following on from never receiving my delivery, I was then I would get a refund. Instead of receiving a full refund your co pay gave me £6.99 to cover delivery charges and now I have to wait until a colleague is back from holiday to find out where the rest of my refund is?!?
