Feb 20,2025After numerous calls after my order being submitted I was asked who is doing the injecting, my order wasn't through then said that it was and my prescriber was email asking for further information. However I was not informed of any issue and therefore having paid for a Saturday delivery it didn't turn up and I had no way of speaking to any of your staff. I then had to wait to be informed by the courier that I would recieve the order Tuesday, i then had to call and request a refund of difference on the postage charge. Whilst it was only a few pounds I had not recieved any correspondence from ACRE regarding delay. This i feel was unacceptable service. It was the first time I have ordered with ACRE and was very dissapointed and w I uld be re reluctant to use again

They also have area managers that contact you to help, advise and provide you with great support. Thank you.
