Feb 20,2025Persistently cold calling my elderly parents! They have repeatedly been told to stop and remove the number from their list but haven't. My parents have cold call screening and are registered with TPS which they ignore. I was there one evening and answered two calls less than twenty minutes apart from this company. Very pushy salesman who wouldn't listen to my "no's". Absolutely unbelievable!! Avoid!!

From the first when the agent came to my house to discuss which chair I would like and calmly went through all the options ( no pressure at all )The girls that phoned about delivery options very polite and helpful. The two man delivery team who assembled the chair placed it exactly where I wanted it and explained how to work it. Also follow up phone call to see if everything was ok. Excellent!!!!!!

Moreso, this was done through face to face talking and followed by demonstration. Tha equipment arrived safely and everything was intact and I was also given further information regarding how to operate it. I wand to express my gratitude for the professional customer care support I received throughout the transaction. I am happy with the performance of the equipment.

Feb 13,2025Prompt timely delivery of two new mattresses for our Adjustamatic bed purchased in 1996. Drivers were courteous and very helpful. Took a few days to get used to the new mattresses, but now very pleased and sleeping well.
