Sep 10,2022I have one small complaint about the bed it'self. The mattress slides on top of the actual bed and on a couple of occasions has nearly tipped me out of bed !!! Being elderly and disabled it is for me quite a job to manhandle the mattress back into a safe position. Also and believe me I am mad about this. I asked the salesman if removal of old bed could be done. "NO Problem" he said and I assumed it was all part of the service (at nearly£4000 it should be ) When bed was delivered and old bed removed I received the bill which stated I had to pay £75 for removal of old bed. !!!!!!! My local council would have done it for £15. Not good enough Adjustamatic, and I will be sure to comment on every single advert I see that you are a company that rips off pensioners.

Sep 02,2022It was an incredibly hot day and the delivery men had to take our new bed upstairs, where the heat was even more intense. They were dripping with perspiration, but nevertheless did an amazing job. Thank you. The bed is lovely, but there is one thing I would have liked to have and that is a wall holder for the handset - something like a wall telephone holder - or a pocket on the side of the bed to prevent the handset falling on the floor and risking possible damage.

Aug 31,2022An excellent experience overall. After choosing the beds and mattresses we wanted the process went smoothly from installation, removal of old beds and collection the same day. We are still getting used to the automatic lighting at floor level and the checking and adjustment of the firmness in the mattresses. This is a great option for individual choice.

Aug 27,2022We tried an adjustamatic bed at Lincolnshire Show and were so impressed we ordered one. Leo’s demonstration of the bed and its features was very competent and he noted the difficulty of our steep stairs. An engineer visited us to sort out any delivery problems and, as a result, the delivery went as smoothly as it could. The delivery team found our house without any problem and delivered the bed in sections before rebuilding it in situ. They were polite, tidy and efficient. At the end of the day there was a problem getting it to start and so a senior engineer had to come to complete the job. As with everybody else, he believed in the product and knew his job. He demonstrated the controls very effectively. The bed has been in use ever since and we are very pleased with it. Everybody we met was a credit to the firm and the bed has been everything we could wish for. May they flourish for another 50 years!

Aug 24,2022A wholly satisfying experience with Adjustamatic from trying their Elite bed at the Lincoln Show and having it delivered and installed within the quoted timescale. Special mention for Leo who demonstrated the benefits, particularly for the hand device, with my wife now using it twice a day to keep her arthritis at bay and her hands supple like they have not been for years. Also to Jason, our installer, who clearly knows every nut and bolt in the beds and who, together with his colleague, worked extremely tidily and met a tight deadline to leave us with two professionally installed and functional Elite beds. My wife and I use the relax mode every evening to help us nod off whilst, as this morning, use the more vigorous programme before setting off to the golf course. To say we are delighted with our purchase would be an understatement, we are thrilled we did and love the benefits that are evident in how we both feel.

Aug 24,2022The chair is so comfortable. There is only one thing I have a problem with, the pockets on the sides are way too low. I have long arms and I cannot reach them without twisting myself over the side of the chair. Hence the 4* rather than 5*.

Aug 24,2022Whilst initially I was not impressed by the first advisor I spoke to the young lady I spoke to was brilliant. I got an appointment for a salesperson to come and discuss Adjustamatic Beds. The Advisor was knowledgeable and called around when I couldn't be contacted on my mobile phone. My bed was delivered within the time frame given by two really helpful guys. They made setting the bed up look easy. They put the bed where I requested and kindly left the plastic packaging for me to use when disposing of my old mattress. The Service was great and impressive. My bed has improved a number of my health issues since day one. Thank You.
