Sep 26,2024Oscar was great he explained all about the chairs and asked me a lot of questions about what we wanted . Should us what was available and all the different materials .He measured up what was required and we ordered the chair.Told us that we would receive a phone call when it would be delivered and they would ring up on the morning to give us a time .First class delivery.

Sep 20,2024It was a very difficult job, narrow stairs and door to room so much of the chairs had to be dismantled before the new chair could be assembled and set up but they didn’t give up and kept cheerful and did a good job.

Great customer service from Zoe who took my original call and Mark who came out and really understood my health conditions and was able to match the right bed for me. Not forgetting the 2 fab delivery and installation guys. A brilliant company who are working on health needs unlike others who were just sales motivated.

Sep 18,2024Good support help and assistance all the way to the delivery The delivery was prompt and the bed assembled plus polite helpful advice re using and operating. Being able to enjoy the comfort of the bed has definitely improved not only the quality of sleep but has left me more relaxed and happier each day. Also I am expecting to be moving in the next few months so was thrilled to learn your company will come and move my bed to my new location. Well done and many thanks.
