Yes it was a good set up but they are expecting me to pay £189 for a call out charge just to look at it.. it is not my fault my bank stopped the payments for the warranty and adjustamatic didn't contact me or send a email saying my payments have stopped and now i don't have anyone to fix if it needs it iam not happy with the service and i feel let down i rely on the bed and chair because iam severely disabled

Bed Is great. Guys in shop easy to deal with. Delivery and assembly good. On the down side the remote control for some weird reason doesn't have a back light, so trying to adjust bed in the dark is impossible because the buttons only light up when pressed. its a rollercoaster ride trying to adjust the bed in the dark. who thought no backlight was a good idea!
We own a classic heritage bed, and unfortunately, the remote control has been damaged over time. Adjustamatic refuses to sell a replacement remote, instead charging a £189 call-out fee plus £80 for parts and labor for an engineer to inspect and repair it. It would be more customer-friendly to sell the parts directly and clearly state that all goods are non-refundable at the point of sale. Adjustamatic claims to be endorsed by the MHRA, but I believe the MHRA should review their endorsement, as the company appears to be exploiting vulnerable individuals. This is deeply concerning. The sales approach is also problematic. The bed was sold to us as beneficial for individuals with MS and Parkinson’s, yet when it fails to provide any relief, customers are told it only helps some people. This raises questions about the appropriateness of their clinical advice. If you are considering purchasing an adjustable bed, I recommend looking elsewhere. While the initial experience may be pleasant, the aftersales service is extremely disappointing. The cost of manufacturing a remote is minimal, and while profit is understandable, it should not come at the expense of individuals with incurable diseases.
Sales consultant good listener and amenable. Customer services don’t check any limitation or schedule. I have work commitments plus I am recovering from two broken legs and can’t jump off the mattress in the morning. As a result delivery has been delayed several times now so much so I’ve been considering cancelling my order!
All of your staff were helpful polite and tidy when moving my old bed out and putting my new bed in place .The bed is very comfortable and easy to work the controls I am very happy with it
I have never experienced such a comfort since i slept on Adjustamatic mattress.

We were able to see and test the beds in the Chesterfield shop. We decided to buy two Heritage Classic beds based on this and ordered them via a helpful representative in our home where we sorted out details of model, price, colour, headboards and mattresses. The delivery date was also fixed at this meeting and the beds duly arrived on time on January 9th 2025. The men who brought the beds and installed them were friendly and very efficient and very careful. The demonstration was clear and concise. We have been very pleased with the beds making use of all the features and our night’s sleep have been much better since.
I bought one of their bed not long before Christmas. The company rep was brilliant . He wasn't pushy and was very knowledgeable about the product his company were selling. He brought in with him a large cross section of the mattress they use and explained the workings of the bed. A delivery date was agreed and confirmed by email . Their delivery men arrived and were polite and efficient from the start of the installation to completion . They demonstrated all the workings of the bed and made sure I understood everything . I'm having much better nights now, it's so comfortable and being able to raise the bottom section helps my back and legs. Yes , the beds are expensive but well worth the outlay.
I’m really pleased with my purchases in helping my recovery from an injured knee. The use of the mat and hand unit has genuinely improved my recovery and relief of aches and pains.
I like my chair but feel I need a cushion at my lower back
The gentleman who originally came to discuss the bed was very easy to discuss things with and explained what I needed very well. The gentlemen who came to install the bed were also understanding. They worked well and carefully and explained matters and workings so I did not have any problems and understand what I needed to do. As regards the date I cannot remember and my diary for last year has gone - however it was December just before Christmas.
Great service. Delivered when they said and on time. Took old bed away and installed new bed. Was talked through in detail on functions and how bed works. Very comfy and really pleased 10/10
would give this bed 5 Stars. My back is a lot better and I sleep a lot sounder.
The ordering system was great, and the delivery and fitting was so easy and not stressful at all. You cleared away all the rubbish too. Oh and we love our new bed
The guys that delivered were very friendly and helpful nice people. The bed is excellent, comfortable and looks good.
If the service department came even close to the sales department, all would be well. Once they have sold the equipment, they take ,title pride in providing a decent support service. Terrible shame given how good they used to be.
Everything went smoothly from ordering to delivery. I was happy with the representative, he was very helpful and knowledgeable, and made the ordering easy. The delivery went as planned. The gentlemen were polite and explained everything plainly.

Feb 12,2025Poor delivery and after sales experience. My delivery was delayed several times and the bed has bent legs. The delay in delivery (which came 1.5 hours after the scheduled delivery window) resulted in the rest of my evening being impacted and have to arrange emergency childcare. I have complained and requested the bent legs to be corrected and some monetary goodwill for the inconvenience. They have declined to offer any goodwill. I am now considering cancelling the order.
