Oct 18,2024Staff at Southampton, were great, knowledgeable, keen to help, without in any way pushing me for a decision, but explaining all the pros and cons. The bed is a joy, mattress comfortable and plenty to choose from. Sitting up with a book and cuppa complete bliss. But without them being so friendly and there making it easy to return several times I would not have taken the leap. Also delivery can be a worry but the guys were great, efficient, confident and explained everything.

Oct 17,2024I’m a carer for an elderly lady who was bullied and taken advantage of by this company. She was pressured into buying a totally unsuitable bed for her extensive health issues. £5400 for a bed that she cannot get any sleep in. Absolutely disgusting treatment of an elderly vulnerable person. They will NOT reply to our many requests to help resolve this issue ( I have tried multiple times ) I certainly will not give up trying to help her. I’m looking at options to enable her to take this further with my help. Avoid at all costs.

Where I was accommodated every step of the way, as had been in hospital just prior to Steve & dates for delivery given did not suit me so was given alternative which fitted in with hospital appointments

Oct 02,2024My king size electric bed is now two years old and I don't have a problem with the bed itself - it was more expensive than others I looked at, but I was persuaded to buy it by the charming sales rep who came to my house and demonstrated it. In front of witnesses, he told me that it was completely guaranteed for 15 years, and that someone would come every year to service it. Imagine my surprise when I was contacted after two years offering me an extended warranty for quite a large monthly sum. The people I have spoken to at the company said they had "never heard of someone being promised an annual service" but they didn't sound surprised at my claim. Obviously they could not acknowledge that I had been lied to, but I think they have heard this before!
