May 05,2024Case came very quickly and has compartments inside. I used it this morning on easyJet flight and it fits very snugly into their box difficult to get out though as it’s on its side handle on side would have been very helpful. It’s very lightweight also

The case I received had a fault which I immediately contacted them about and they were very quick to rectify the issue and so I would have no hesitation in buying from them again. May 09,2024I ordered the underseat wheeled bag in their sale. I had been contemplating it for a while and then saw in addition to a discount they offered it with a free under seat rucksack. When they arrived I found they had sent two under seat rucksacks. When I queried this they said it was deliberate - an extra gift from them. Awesome! I used the wheeled bag yesterday. Its a well thought out bag that did the job it should and I really appreciated the multiple pockets. I did find one of the shoulder strap releases was stiff, but hopefully it will ease off. Overall delighted!
