Jul 05,2024Order number 128437 - no update since order last Saturday 29th June. Called support line numerous times and phone line cuts off. No response from customer support email. Nothing on Evri system yet despite Aerolite saying it was shipped on Monday 1st July. 5th July - still no update and not able to get hold of anyone. Suggest avoid company at all costs

Jul 04,2024Aerolite kept me informed at every stage of the purchase and delivery. The EasyJet sized underseat back pack with wheels takes the stress out of wondering if you’ll be charged extra as it it the maximum size allowable under a standard ticket purchase. Looks fairly robust. I haven’t used it yet but will revise my review if I have difficulties at check-in.

Jun 25,2024Do not buy, my medium case lasted 2 trips, the case split. I understood a suitcase should be robust enough to deal with travel. Also it seems if you do not know what caused it, you have to presume it was baggage handling and the guarantee will not apply. I had another case that I've had for years by another make and that survived the trip just fine. The guarantee should say that it only applies unless you use the suitcase.

Jun 14,2024The case is perfect for hand luggage if travelling abroad and for weekend or shortbreaks at home. They are easy to manoeuvre and they can be carried or used as a backpack as well as a pull along. Good quality and reasonably priced, 5 star quality.
