Jun 06,2024This item is nice and compact for carry on luggage. I especially like the external pockets and the fact that I could use as a backpack instead of wheeling it. Overall I'm very satisfied and it was a great price!

Jun 05,2024I bought their three case luggage set in late 2022. The large and middle sized case babe been used three times ( this trip included) and we are worrying about whether the cases will survive the trip home. On the larger case, the stitching at the zip has come away leaving the main case accessible. On the medium case, the outer casing has cracked and opened. I appreciate that this is the result of rough baggage handling, but the cases are clearly flimsy. Buy cheap, buy twice. Lesson learned. Do not buy these cases.

Jun 03,2024I purchased a mid-sized case with a code lock. I re-set the code to my usual one and tested it at home. Unfortunately on a trip abroad the code would not open the lock and I had to resort to getting a Customs officer at the destination airport to break the latches with bolt-croppers! I later managed to secure the case to some extent with a padlock. Not a great experience but my complaint to customer services was dealt with sympathetically and efficiently by Jay who arranged a full refund.
