Jan 23,2024I received a ryanair cabin bag. It drops down when you pull or push it, I sent a video and also wrote to aerolite and eventually gave up. Nothing was done. The Bag is basically useless for the reason I bought it to pull along. Very poor customer support. And don't recommend the ryanair cabin bag. And if a problem arises with aerolite don't expect it to be sorted, I doubt there guarantee is of any use, since a brand new bag is not even guaranteed. Disappointing purchase. Advise to stay away.

Jan 16,2024I bought 3 of the large suitcases, having owned a set of their rolling cabin bags for a few years and being very impressed with them. I've just come back from a 4-flight trip and am equally impressed with the suitcases. They are lightweight, a breeze to push around on their 4 wheels and have stood up to the best abuse that the luggage handlers could throw at them with only minor cosmetic scratches. The zips and carry handles are all very robust. The wheels are well reinforced, which is great to see as other brands are notably weak in this area (the last suitcases I bought from Mr Bezos all broke around this area after just one trip - never again!). I'm confident that I won't need to buy any new luggage for quite some time now.

Jan 08,2024Aerolite hand luggage is ok but you buy at your own risk anything that goes in the hold of a plane. The cases are lightweight but very flimsy, I purchased a medium and a large case which were both severely damaged on first use. They are not fit for purpose, not covered by warranty and Aerolite will just blame the baggage handlers. Cheap Tat.
