Nov 16,2023After taking delivery I was excited at the size and build quality of this flight bag. Loaded with features and storage compartments. However once I'd put my 13" MacBook Pro in the front pocket the problems became evident. It was hard to put that size laptop in for starters and once inside the additional pockets on that sleeve were hard to access because it was so tight. The whole bag was then out of balance. Due to the orientation of the rucksack straps, and weight distribution, the top fell away from my shoulders causing the bottom to dig into my lower back. I had to use it as a mini-suitcase or attach it to my case, a nice feature but again hindered by poor weight distribution. For me the rucksack straps need to be positioned at the top seam of the bag with an improved yoke for comfort. The laptop compartment needs to be swapped with the larger storage compartment so it sits closer to your back. This would allow you to store lighter items (as I did) in the main compartment without the uncomfortable separation I experienced. It's a shame because I loved the materials used and the overall shape but if I hadn't of used it already I would be returning for a refund. Thanks

Oct 30,2023The bags are good quality and I have travelled thousands of miles with my compact suitcase over the last 5 years and 2 months. Unfortunately, the customer service is abysmal. I inquired if spare wheels were available as one of my case's wheels had broken. Instead of binning the whole case, I wanted to replace just the wheel. In my opening email, I advised that I purchased the bag in August 2018 (well out of warranty) and enquired if spare parts were available. Cue emails back and forth requesting my order details, the original delivery address, and photos of the damaged wheel only to be told a week later that "we don't sell spares and your back is out of warranty". ... hopeless. This could have been resolved so easily in their first reply simply stating it's out of warranty (which I knew) and they don't sell spare parts. They had all the information needed, so why make me send numerous emails and attachments? I would purchase a replacement bag if they didn't sell spares - I'm purposely looking elsewhere now.

Oct 23,2023Bought the Aerolite MiniMax (EasyJet size). £27 wasted. It arrived on Friday and will be going in the bin on Tuesday when I return from 3 days in Mallorca. Quite the worst piece of luggage I have ever purchased. The design is dreadful. The wheels have no rubber and it makes the most appalling noise on anything but a very smooth surface. It is embarrassingly loud which means you don’t want to use the wheels in most locations. The result is you try to use it in backpack mode but quickly find the should pads are far too short so the straps really dig into your shoulders making it most uncomfortable. Therefore the only realistic mode to use it is to carry it by hand. An utter waste of money. Avoid.

Oct 21,2023My wife bought two of the ‘Mini Max’ cases for us for a trip to Spain. The cases were completely unusable. The Mini Max is meant to be a small wheeled suitcase which can also be used as a rucksack. However, when used as a suitcase and wheeled along the ground they make a huge amount of noise. Of course, you expect some noise when wheeling around a suitcase but this was way beyond that. We were embarrassed to be making so much noise, so stopped wheeling them around. They work ok as rucksacks but are not comfortable to use that way for hours (given their hybrid design), so we ended up having to carry them by hand all around Spain. This curtailed our trip, and I wouldn’t use them again. I complained to Aerolite who sent out ‘cut and paste’ responses to my emails. They asked for videos to prove the cases are noisy, which we did (and it was quite tricky to make and send the videos via email). Even after seeing the videos for themselves which clearly prove the cases make a tremendous racket, Aerolite just point blank refused to do anything about it. I’m extremely disappointed in the quality of the cases, and the poor customer service from Aerolite. I would advise avoiding this company if you are looking for luggage.

Oct 20,2023Used 5 times and the shell has split open on the front and side which has made the suitcase unusable. The warranty does not cover it (actually, the warranty covers sod all). Wouldn't recommend.

Oct 20,2023I bought two triple suitcases, small medium and large. Everything was fine until a wheel was knocked off at an airport. This would not be a problem if Aerolite would supply replacement parts - they don't! Neither would they point me to a stockist Sadly I cannot recommend this company due to their poor customer service.

Oct 15,2023Aerolite Hard Shell Rolling Padded Laptop Case Bag on 4 Wheel. The suitcase has many compartments inside. There is no lock embedded in the suitcase, there is a removable one inside to use it. The suitcase is sturdy, but I don't think the bars that expand when you transport it are so sturdy, the wheels slide well. When you open it and leave it completely open, the suitcase does not remain completely flat, one side is slightly raised. I think it is a manufacturing fault. I have kept it because it is not something that bothers much, but I have a lot of luggage and it has never happened to me with any other suitcase.

Contacted useless customer service sent pics etc .They immediately wash hands and offer no support .Avoid this cheap quality product .I’ve just wasted £145 on triple set .This product is not fit for purpose .

Sep 27,2023I ordered a cabin case. I was happy with the interior and exterior design of the case, but the telescopic handle was faulty. I contacted them by email and they sent an email back stating a replacement would be sent. I phoned them straight away and told them I did not want a replacement as I did not want a case with this type of handle again and they said they would refund me. Before I had ended the call I received an email stating my refund had been processed. Two days later the refund was in my bank account. Will definitely purchase from them in the future.

Sep 24,2023Purchased a Aerolite 55cm Lightweight Hard Shell 4 Wheel Cabin Suitcase 21" (55x35x20cm) for carry on luggage for a trip on TUI and an upcoming trip on BA. Worked great fitted into the TUI luggage sizing cage (BA is a little more generous) I also returned a second case to Aerolite as my other half decided she didn't want it. Absolutely no problem refund into my account within a few days. Thank you.
