Jan 03,2024The handle is long enough and manoeuvres really well! Love the small pockets! Have cut off the rucksack straps as now have enough space in that pocket for easy to get to toiletries bag!! (Won’t use as rucksack)

Jan 02,2024Broken telescopic handle on my cabin bag, contacted customer support but told to look for one on ebay. Handle easy to replace just a few screws but apparently Aerolite do not supply spare parts. Matching pair, I'm supposed to just throw one away? Obviously not a quality product and they don't care about the environment
