Dec 31,2013I just felt that I had to show my appreciation for a company that actually does as they say they will and in an exemplary manor....I promise Im not anything to do with the organisation but have been repeatedly disappointed in the past when buying tools; items showing up that aren't what they were sold as, items arriving hideously late etc.... Anyway, thankyou Alan Wadkins for A) my christmas chocolates included in the parcel and B) the swift despatch of exactly the product I ordered for a more than reasonable price.

Dec 28,2013first time I had shopped at alan wadkins but the reviews I saw were very positive so I went ahead and their service was every bit as good as other people have said. they even put a specially printed card in giving warranty registration details so that I didn't forget to do it plus another card details contact information should I have any questions. The chocolates in a bag as a Christmas gift were also very welcome. Thank you, I have bookmarked your site for future purchases

It arrived as described on line and in excellent condition. I can not find fault of any kind, a fantastic experience all round.

Dec 10,2013I would most definitely recommend alan wadkins ltd. amazing service and really competitive prices. most companies don't inform you that its possible to extend a warranty for tools but alan wadkins did. I extended it straight away as anything could happen I my tools in my trade. amazing and will definitely be using them again in the near future.
