The communication was easy, the quote was clear and understandable and customer service leading up to move day was great. On move day they texted to give me a time of their exact arrival within our agreed window. The three guys who came were fast, patient and courteous. They finished in exactly the length of time quoted and it was even a snowy day that required some shoveling in order to load in and out. I was extremely pleased and 100% recommend all american moving group to anyone.

They were able to store the entire truck( full of stuff) into their storage until my move to Orlando which was crazy convenient. Kael worked with us on the price which was super affordable giving the amount of stuff and the distance. Is just unbeatable in every way. Everything was just so smooth and perfect. We had never used movers before and I’m so glad our first time was a great experience! In the future we will definitely use them again. Our movers, Garcia and Guliev, were so professional! They were right on time, and super nice! They clearly knew what they were doing and gladly helped moved anything we asked them too. They brought packing materials and made sure everything was safely packed for moving. They were also incredibly fast and prompt! They even waited with us for the person using the loading dock before us. They were very understanding and really made the process so easy. Super thankful for them!
They were excellent. They arrived on time and were professional from the start. They were efficient, friendly, and were extra careful in handling the priority pieces. They worked quickly but not recklessly. Even though we thought we had enough packing materials, they were ready with their own to help supplement our needs. We have moved several times and all american moving group was by far the best experience we have had and all of our belongings arrived safely without damage. We appreciate them coming out on a holiday and highly recommend them.

Prior to the actual move, the contact people were in touch with me several times to make sure i didn't have any questions or concerns.The three movers that came today were extremely friendly, respectful, polite, and (especially) very careful with handling our furniture. The team that came out to my house was professional, efficient and kind. We had two trailers available to load the household good into, and they got everything into one trailer with room to spare! The team was in constant communication with me and each other during the process to make sure that my belongings were packed safely and arrived in the same condition they were in as when they left Virginia.I would absolutely use all american moving group again, and I recommend them to everyone I know in Nova even if they don't have a scheduled move coming up!

These guys should be your go-to movers. Communication beforehand was excellent and with their thorough pre-move questionnaire there were no surprises on the day of. Price was far under any other quotes we got and seemed fair to me for the amount of work. Our lead mover was Carlos and he was super friendly, efficient, and took great care of our stuff. My experience with all american moving groupwas spectacular. Their communication from the start of the process was excellent - I never waited more than a couple hours for an answer ahead of my move. The move itself was a breeze… Nick and Frankie were an absolute pleasure to work with. I cannot recommend this company enough!
Was able to hire them very last minute and got a response within an hour or two. Just filled out the questionnaire, confirmed a time and that’s it! No deposit needed which was also nice and just paid after they were done. Guys were nice, quick, efficient. Made moving a lot easier so thank you and will be using the text time I move!
The entire process was the most unprofessional thing I've ever dealt with in my entire life. Things were delayed by over 4 months, with no reason given. The final delivery was a mess, with them showing up at my apt at 9pm, leaving in the middle of the job and returning the next morning. Plus a box was left forgotten outside in the snow for anyone to steal. Any time I requested updates throughout the entire process I was met with no response or continued excuses by both the Broker and Carrier companies. We are seeking a refund claim and of course haven't gotten any responses to our inquiries.

The truck arrived on time and Diego, the lead, did a quick walkthrough with Ignacio and Juan. Right after that they broke into groups and were wrapping furniture moving boxes etc. Diego had everyone on point and working hard. They packed up my house and unpacked me in my new place in under 5 hours. They never took a break, were respectful of property and everyone- a great crew- highly recommended- thank you!all american moving group
all american moving group is extremely responsive to email messages, and they are very good about keeping up with the inventory list and pricing. They are very transparent on pricing as well, and are better than majority of competitors out there on price. They had no issue completing required COIs.The movers were fantastic. Highly recommend Ozzy, Frankie and Tim. It was a hot day and lots of stuff to move, but the guys kept a great attitude, worked extremely hard, and were honest and checked with us if they needed our input on anything. They wrapped up everything safely and securely, such that there was no damage to any of the inventory.
This broker hired a terrible moving company to move us called Master Moving and Storage. They have 1 star and 45 reviews on yelp. 6117 Reseda Blvd Tarzana, CA 91335 833-252-5903 US DOT No: 3674099 ICC/MC No: 01275482 Master Moving and Storage wanted an additional $5,500 (in cash) on top the $8,000+ I was already paying and would not give me any kind of receipt. I was told my items would not take up any more space than the dedicated 26' box truck I had already paid for. When I tried to work this out with All American Moving Group I was told the only person that could help me was a guy named Peter because he was the manager. Peter would not respond to any emails, phone calls or text messages. Every time I called in I was told I needed to text him. I have finally given up on working things out and getting any portion of my deposit back. Even after contraction a different moving company I still saved $3,000.
TLDR: Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs. They are unprofessional, dishonest, and will likely damage your belongings and your peace of mind. I deeply regret hiring them and strongly recommend you seek out a more reputable moving company, one that values customer service and takes pride in their work. I hired All American Moving in September with high hopes! I was actually in the middle of firing a company onsite and was calling around to see who would be available soon! I was too desperate for an easy fix! I was warned by another company that this would happen and it did! I was literally distraught speaking with the sales person and boy did he put on a show. Anything to get a sale right? Lied about prices, square footage etc. Guaranteed a delivery date basically told me whatever I wanted to hear. I revised the estimate and told him my budget multiple times and mentioned the awful experience with the movers that I was firing onsite. Little did I know they'd do something similar adding additional stress and anxiety to this move. -Dishonest! They were dishonest from the beginning! They're a broker! They contract out these moves. They have NO IDEA how much it'll cost to move your things because they are not movers! They just tick off some boxes on a inventory list and provide you with a low estimate. When the actual movers are hired, apparently they're surprised by the amount of items on the list and now you think you didn't count correctly or forgot things. -Unprofessional and Unprepared Crew The movers that did show up, provided a new estimate. Thousands more than the original quote. Charged for stairs, the same stairs that I mentioned in the long calls with the sales man. Argued about the space available in the truck. There was also already stuff in the truck. You're not renting the entire truck, you're renting square feet in the truck. The amount of square feet rented was for the size of a studio apartment. I felt so dumb but I was defeated at this point. This was the SECOND movers to do this and I just gave up and paid the extra money. I had large boxes that they counted as "furniture". There were other items that they couldn't take, probably because someone else things were in the truck! I was given a window of a day or two after the scheduled date. I didn't care at that point because I was still cleaning up my old house to fly to my new one. I had added an Airtag to my suitcase and 1 box during the move as I just had a bad feeling. I noticed that the Airtags were located in a parking lot. When the estimated time had passed without any update, I called and they said that in the contract it says that delivery could take 10 days and that considering my location it was hard to find a driver. I didnt know this. If I had known this I could have prepared better. My family ended up purchasing plastic utensils, plates, and glasses. Luckily the town has a Dollar Store and a Bealls where we were able to find necessities because the truck sat there for weeks! We slept on air-mattresses, shared a new TV and I worked on my laptop from the bed. We ended up grabbing some cheap chairs and lamps from the thrift store and a plastic table. Not being able to sit down for weeks is awful! -Total Lack of Accountability When I raised these issues with the management, it was clear they did not care. This is their business. They're used to dissatisfied customers, the expect it. They don't even make an attempt to help. They're just the broker, what can they do? I checked on my air tags every day and finally when it started moving I felt great! BUT then it stopped again, I had to wait another week for them to drive it down here. When they finally arrived, they looked at me disappointed because I had steps. They charged me for that again. The broker said they'd only charge for outside steps but I had both. Another LIE! They complained about the steps and the amount of furniture and boxes. It was 3 guys but only 2 of them were moving. They other one was taking notes or something. I have no idea....it took hours for them finish. I reluctantly tipped after paying thousands more than I intended. I want to point out that they DO NOT take credit cards. Only cash, a money order, or Zelle (maybe). Luckily I have a few accounts because you can only take out 5k a day! -Damaged Property-Furniture was damaged and everything smelled! Due to the clothes just sitting for weeks they all had a stench! It took me days to wash everything. Now I'm realizing my hair products even smell and make-up too! Furniture was nicked or cracked, boxes were damaged and I have no idea what that liquid was that leaked! This experience caused a rift in a friendship too! After expressing my horrific experience my friend casually mentioned that she uses the same movers every time and I went off. I haven't talked to her in months!
Terrible. I experienced wild variation in price, they broke my tv, they at refused to even give me a claim form to replace it, I booked via All American Moving Group and they sent an entirely different company I had to deal with, they had no idea when they could get my things to me, and the customer service with the other company’s staff was rude. When stuff goes wrong with whoever they allow your business to be picked up by, the All American staff have zero control over that business and they end up trying to call them too to no improvement. Don’t do it. I spent thousands and they treated me terribly.
I wish I could leave a negative 10 stars on this group - but I can’t. To be clear, they are not the actual movers - but they create the bill of lading and sub the contract out to another company to coordinate the move. In this case they coordinated with Avaid Yina Investment Inc to do the contract and hire the actual movers. I was robbed of all my belongings, I was taken for all the money I paid and at this point I am having to hire an attorney to get compensation. With my stuff missing and all the money paid - both Peter and Richard have decided to not take my calls (blocking me) nor respond to texts or emails. Peter actually knew there was a problem in the beginning of the move as he was “smart enough to never put anything in writing. But, they are responsible for Avid, the one who has stolen all the money I paid and they are doing nothing to get it back nor make sure the entirely og my belongings are delivered. This was the absolute worst experience of my life. All the jokers in this process are absolute crooks

Feb 23,2025Initial estimate was around ~$10k, and final price was over $25k. They did not send anyone out to do the estimate. Every time we talked, the price went up. We gave them a delivery date and location, and the week prior, we were told there would be an additional charge to actually guarantee that date.
