Provided a thorough survey and happy to provide good advice and answer my many queries. Outcome a couple of extra vents needing adding to my subfloor to likley remedy my issue. Lovely personable and friendly contractor.

From the moment he arrived, he was very well-mannered, friendly, and professional. He got straight to work and showed a brilliant work ethic throughout the day. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was done to a high standard, and the bathroom looks amazing. He was also great with the kids—really patient and friendly when they spoke to him, which meant a lot to us. Ryan is a real asset to the company and a credit to the team. Apr 14,2025Hi had some damp work done on my property from the 07.04.25 to the 11.04.25 I have really bad anxiety so I wasn't looking forward to the worl being done and workmen being here for a week on the 1st day Lloyd introduced himself told me what was going to happen and made it as comfortable as possible for me he was very considerate and understanding every day when he arrived he was always pleasant and after every days work he would walk around show me what's been done what's left and how long it should take worked along side Simon who was the same but we spoke less I can honestly say since moving here I've never had a nicer workman as Lloyds I was actually referring to him as 'Our Lloyd' yo frens and family who called to see how it was going he's a credit to your company most definitely
