This means that we are solely responsible for our surveyors, products and the installation itself meaning that we are able to quality assure every step of the journey from initial consultation through to fitment and aftercare.

Starting with a team of expert surveyors, who visit your property and perform a detailed report on what will be needed for the installation, All Weather Roofline work to the highest industry standards. We also have a customer service department who deal with any aftercare issues. Our products also carry a 10 year warranty.

The guys came earlier than I expected but got stuck in straight away and they finished the soffit and guttering by mid afternoon. They were very efficient. The one negative was the amount of roofing nails we had to clean up from our lawn. Also we were left with the job of removing the old materials. Unfortunately the rain came and the gutter leaked. After numerous calls and emails and two non shows for repair. We are still awaiting repair. Very unhappy with after service. LS3907.

THREATENED BY MANAGER SIMON TO ACCEPT A DOOR I DID NOT ORDER. Sales man was great promised a fantastic product and service. Facia and guttering fitted with no issue but had issues getting the door and door frame fitted. Ordered these products in 2017 took months to have door fitted and when it did come glass panels were mismatched and they promised to come back out and replace. Within 2 weeks the bottom draught panel of the door fell off and the blue paint started to come off. Did not sign finance agreement to start making payments as had been told no payments would start until happy with door. We went back and forth for months and never got any call backs we finally stopped calling as we thought they would eventually have to contact us as they would want paying. Then they STARTED TAKING PAYMENTS WITHOUT SIGNED CONSENT. Started calling again was promised call backs nothing happened. After 18 months finally sent someone to look at door who said door had been dipped to give blue colour but coating was faulty could not be fixed and door needed to be replaced. Waited for updates on when it would be replaced but got nothing. They promised call backs but these never happened. After 12 more months of waiting asked to escalate complaint was advised we had never complained and they denied anyone had been out to see door. After more calls they said they would send someone and IT WAS SAME MAN THEY SENT BEFORE you could see he was not surprised that we were still waiting. He sent a new report and showed me this had been sent on his phone to prove he had sent it. Months went by and I chased. I speak to a manager who says we have never said there was an issue and he could perhaps arrange to spray the door at a push and insisted the door would not be faulty I must have used chemicals on it. Never had been cleaned by chemicals only hot water and the man who came out twice had been satisfied it was the coating which was faulty. They say then they will replace but now it's covid and to be patient and they will deal. We go all through covid and wait and then start to contact again but still nobody wanted to speak to us. I asked again to escalate and was given an email address. Sent email no response after 2 weeks emailed again and finally got a case handler called Matthew who said he would sort. Sent 3rd man out to check door who confirmed faulty and agreed to replace. As it had been so long since fitting door no longer available so they send me a new catalogue and tell me to start from scratch and pick a new door. Wait several months and get installation date. Date comes and they call on day and say door did not arrive previous week. Wait several more months get date and I called that morning to check coming and they say yes. They don't arrive I call back and they say door did not arrive previous week. Finally get a new date 04/07/23 door comes and its not the door I ordered . They take it away and say they will call me later that day. No call received so I call next day and get told I have to have the door regardless of the emails I have confirming the door I ordered. I'm not happy so they put manager SIMON onto call. No apology just tells me it's 'THIS DOOR OR NO DOOR'. I say this is not what was ordered and he get AGGRESSIVE AND STARTS SHOUTING 'ITS THIS DOOR OR NO DOOR AND IF I DON'T ACCEPT IT HE WILL MAKE IT HIS LIFE'S MISSION TO GET A REPORT TO SAY I PURPOSELY DAMAGED THE DOOR WITH CHEMICALS'. I tell him no report will say chemicals used as they have not been. He tells me 'TRUST ME I CAN GET THE REPORT TO SAY WHAT I WANT AND I WILL DO IT.' I was was shocked and had had enough FELT FORCED TO ACCEPT A DOOR I HAD NOT ORDERED. He then proceeds to tell me if I accept 'I CANNOT LEAVE A REVIEW'. I called Consumer Rights and was advised not to accept the door and to go to court as I have email evidence and SIMON HAS BROKEN THE CONSUMER RIGHTS ACT BY THREATENING ME AND FORCING ME TO HAVE SOMETHING I DID NOT WANT OR ORDER. I had had enough though and even when they fitted door they had forgotten to order the glass side panel and I had to wait another couple of weeks for job to be completed. NOW STUCK WITH A DOOR I DON'T LIKE AND WOULD NEVER HAVE PICKED. Shocking customer service when they employ someone like SIMON who feels it is appropriate to shout, scream and threaten a 59 year old woman. I was reduced to tears. I wonder if SIMON would be happy with someone speaking to his mother or grandmother in this way. I believe I was patient and understanding enough have waited 6 years for a door to be replaced which had been faulty right from installation. I have upgraded to 2* as we have been contacted by the company today who have apologised for the issues we have had and have agreed to look it them I have upgraded to 3* as the complaints team did come back out and have replaced the glass in the door for me with the type of glass I originally selected and have kept in contact with me

We had 8 windows replaced in our house by several teams. The sales team were polite and professional. The initial install of 4 windows went well. The installation team were competent and tidy. The next set of windows however were poorly installed and they left a lot of mess. One window was cracked, which I had to point out as the installer hadn’t noticed. Another window was installed sloping from the top, a 20mm out of alignment with the bottom edge. Also my gutters were full of debris so I had to clear them out. Also several windows are scratched which I noticed post install. The company did replace the cracked window, and did realign the leaning window. However they did initially try to blame it on the walls. They did install it correctly after emails, photos and site visit. I still have windows with scratches in. The company will constantly contact you to try and get extra work, even after we told them we did not want any further work from them. I appreciate things go wrong, but in my experience the quality of their workmanship is questionable at best. I would not recommend them. Update: I did provide all information as requested through Trustpilot. Nothing came of this, which to me says they really don’t take feedback seriously.

I had my windows and doors done a couple days ago by this company AWR, and I have never been so happy, delighted and amazed with the speed, professionalism and the great team work that I had received from start to finish. I was approached by a guy who knocked my door showed his badge and asked me if I wanted them to give me a quote as my windows; which I knew, was really old, I arranged for them to come later on that day, I had a look at the reviews a few of them wasn’t that great which I was sceptical about as I haven’t heard about this company also. Later that day a guy called Mike arrived, he was very courteous, friendly and made me feel so comfortable to the point I felt like I had knew him for a while, he showed me everything I needed to know about each windows and doors, what each style and grading works best, I told him I was sceptical about them because of the few reviews that I had seen, he explained to me that not every company is going to have 100% perfection reviews, as they aim to please every customer every time. After a couple days to think about it and the price was amazing compared to all the other double glazing companies I had got a quote from in the last year, I decided to take a chance on them, Mike was so confident that I will not be disappointed. surveyor called John came, very nice gentlemen too, he came and double checked size of each window and doors before installation, at the time when john arrived front door could not lock there was obviously something wrong with the locking mechanism, I asked him kindly if he could have a look at it for me and straight away he saw the problem asked for a screwdriver and within a couple minutes I was able to lock my door again, I was so grateful to him because now I felt secure again until my new door would be fitted. Two installation guys came on the installation date that was booked at precisely 8.00am, introduced themselves; Joe and Tom, they were very pleasant and had great manners, they started work straight away, to watch them work together as a team and with great speed I was very impressed, as they took the old frames out quick clean up around the brick area and new frames went straight in and was drilled and fitted with such professional touch you could tell they have been doing this for years, to top it all they even hoover the rooms when they had finished each window, not only the area around each window; it was the whole room which you would not get with any other company, I hardly seen them take breaks. I had 6 windows and 2 doors to be fitted they finished this within 8 hours and put all my blinds back up. When job was done I was asked to come around with them to take a look to see if I see any problems with their work, I never found not one fault I was very impressed with the clean sealed frames and shining windows and doors, I couldn’t stop thanking them. Well done lads! I want to say a BIG THANK YOU; to Mike, if it wasn’t for this man believing in his company and selling me that to me; I would have 100% wasted my money on another company that would have charged me so much more and would definitely not of had the greatest of service that I got with AWR, i have had windows and doors done in the past with "bigger named companies" and I took a chance on AWR and I can 100% say that AWR are the best I have ever experienced from start to finish, The windows and doors look so strong and expensive, I can even feel the difference in the temperature of the house I am so excited and happy with the outcome of the feel and look of their work, I have already got people interested in AWR just by them visiting my home and admiring their work and what designs they have to offer. I want to say a big thank you to Tom and Joe for a fantastic job well done and John who fixed my lock for me and gave me peace of mind. I know this is a long review but this just shows I have a lot to say and would like to share it with anyone else that has that sceptical moment like I did. Amazing Job!

Contacted us for a quote for 10 windows, have even efficient, helpful and professional throughout, as well as extremely competitive with the price. Each touch point from the initial contact, the quote, the surveying and the installing today have been completed by friendly, knowledgeable people who talked through each part as much as we wanted to listen. Scaffolding was needed and set up the day before the install, with all ten windows being completed within the day! We had black/brown windows inside and out and the quality of them really shows. If needed, will definitely use them again and if you would like a straight forward transaction, would highly recommend. (As for the below comments regarding a "scam", this is insistently not true given I'm looking at the new windows in my house.) Thanks again!
