This means that we are solely responsible for our surveyors, products and the installation itself meaning that we are able to quality assure every step of the journey from initial consultation through to fitment and aftercare.

Starting with a team of expert surveyors, who visit your property and perform a detailed report on what will be needed for the installation, All Weather Roofline work to the highest industry standards. We also have a customer service department who deal with any aftercare issues. Our products also carry a 10 year warranty.

I found this company useless on after service. I wrote a review a few weeks ago concerning a problem with windows. The review was about having to wait for fitters to replace glass or rather not replace glass. I rang the company on April 7th,i was given an appointment for fitter to come and measure glass. Following this I was give a date of 27th April for fitting. I waited 12 weeks, due to various excuses for fitter not arriving on four appointments. Numerous phone calls and emails got me more apologies and excuses why work not carried out. Finally I got to speak with a Manager /director who stated that the paperwork I had stating a 10 year warranty was invalid because the company had been taken over some time previous. I asked why I couldn't have been told this 12 weeks ago instead of being told that fitters would arrive. He agreed to carry out work as a good will gesture and asked me to remove my previous review. I was given a date again for replacements for the two pieces. On the date given, a fitter arrived with only one glass and that didn't fit as previous fitter had measured wrong. The fitter, Paul, measured again the two windows. I contacted the company, another fourty minutes waiting before being answered, to be given a date of 14th July for replacement. This was now 14 weeks since initial call. July 14th,fitter Paul, returns with 2 pieces of glass, right size, some 25 later job complete. How a company can run on such lack of organisation and poor management leaves me aghast.

Initial experience was good, measured up, sensible price and fitted on day that was promised Installer was good - however door wouldn't latch without force Then ensued a lot of messing around, phone calls, missed appts etc. Craig (Contracts Manager) came and and sorted out within an hour today.Quite stressful experience but sorted after 2 weeks.

PCN DN10003 Installation of windows The team (Dan and Josh) were friendly and have done a fantastic job. 2 Windows taken out and new ones installed. Their work is neat and they clean up after themselves. I would definitely recommend this company.

Great service from beginning to end. Ordered my windows and they were ready and installed within 4 weeks fro Placing my order. The turnaround time was amazing. The two guys that came and fitted the windows were polite, considerate. Their Workmanship was outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble. Very neat and tidy . They ensured there was nothing out of place before leaving. I was shown every window and how they worked, I would definitely recommend AWS . I will definitely choose them for future work and I’ll be asking for the same team.

full explanation from the team who arrived (on time) at my home, from how the fitting would be carried out to how long it would take. They worked contientiously through the day, tidying as they went along. A small blip in a window (included a vent in error), didn't hold up progress, they simply contacted their office and ensured a replacement would be in place at the end of the job, simply rejigged their order of installment to allow time for the new window to arrive. Our instalment day was brought forward, which again was very helpful & useful to us. Couldn't fault a thing and would highly recommend them.
