Oct 31,2019I feel I was mislead. I was told I would have two months with no payments, but then I was told just one month. I was told I would have a lower closing cost at closing about $1000 and then I didn't see it at closing.

I expected the process to go well but WOW!, I never expected the level of service and efficiency that I actually received. Ji Kim was our consultant and from the very beginning of the application to the "final" closing process Ji was highly engaging and concerned with our specifics. Intellectually, I understand that there have to be other mortgage consultants out there just as good as Ji, but, I bet you would be hard press to find a handful of them, if any. Devin and his team were extremely knowledgeable and great to work with. Devin gave me different types of loans we could do and answered all of my questions. He had great communication through the whole process. I highly recommend Devin and his team for any purchase or refi.

I had some special circumstances that were hindering me and Suzanne explained what steps needed too be done to help me resolve my problem and get my refi completed. Suzanne, and Tammy, walked me through each step and made me feel comfortable and kept me informed. Overall, this was a great experience and I will, and have, recommend them to others.

Nov 01,2019I have to say,this was an amazing experience. Karim Lababidi and so many others did an outstanding job. Yes, the title search took longer than we wanted but that was not because American Financing didn't push for a timely search. During the search time, I had a couple of serious family emergencies and had to be out of town when everything was ready to close. American Financing was able to pull off a duo closing and saved the day. I do especially thank Karim for staying with us from beginning to end.
