Apr 18,2024Very reactive and friendly. Cannot speak for their partners, as I did finally not go with the suggested partner. Price level of their partners is upscale, partners seem very knowledgeable though - you get what you pay for.

Apr 16,2024Wouldn’t care to use this service again. Spent nearly 500 Euros to answer 6 or 7 tax questions as it relates to living in the Netherlands while drawing US pensions. Still not totally clear with the answers and it was as though they had never heard these questions before.

Apr 16,2024The procedures of completing my taxes, etc. have gone very smoothly. One thing, the tax expert misspelled a name on my 114a last year and then again this year. So it cost extra time and trouble. Was not a big deal but an inconvenience. Communication with my contact person AOS has been good all along.

Apr 16,2024When I first contacted Americans Overseas, I was very anxious and afraid because I knew NOTHING about reporting Foreign Bank Account Reports and taxes to the IRS. The employees at Americans Overseas are very understanding, helpful and knowledgeable. They answer any inquiries per eMail very quickly. However, sometimes it is hard to follow the instructions indicated in an eMail because they can be unclear and don't seem logical. The employees are open to constructive criticism and amend mistakes or confusing instructions right away. It is easy to communicate with them in either German or English.
