Oct 23,2023Ich wurde als accidental American letztes Jahr von meiner Bank mit FATCA konfrontiert und erfuhr nachforschenderweise zu meinem Entsetzen, dass ich in Amerika steuerpflichtig sei, auch wenn ich dort nicht lebe, und dies auch rückwirkend abgeben müsse. American Overseas hat mich sehr freundlich und professionell Schritt für Schritt durch die ganze Prozedur hindurch unterstützt, alle meine Fragen beantwortet, bei der Erstellung der Unterlagen Hilfestellung gegeben und an einen passenden Steuerberater vermittelt. Ja das hat Geld gekostet. Aber mir so wahnsinnig viel Zeit und Nerven gespart, dass es das allemal wert war. Kommunikation auf Deutsch hat ausgezeichnet funktioniert. Ganz klare Empfehlung!

Oct 03,2023We had a very pleasant and informative telephone conversation. The employee responded to our personal needs in great detail and gave us a lot of useful hints and advice. We also really liked the support with various emails concerning an appropriate tax consultant for the FBAR and tax reports as well as information on SSN following the phone call. We felt very comfortable during the whole conversation and will be happy to contact Americans & Expats Overseas again with our questions in the future.
