When I had a question about something on the document, Reshmi responded speedily and I was able to make the cake I wanted. I've made three hero sponge cakes so far and they've all turned out perfectly. Clear instructions, easy to follow, consistent results.

The cake was delivered on time and the text messages in the lead up were helpful in letting me know when the cake would be arriving. The cake itself was beautifully decorated - exactly like the picture and tasted light and fluffy with the perfect hints of pistachio orange! Even with six adults who all have a sweet tooth, there was plenty left!

Nov 04,2024Firstly the cake was wonderful both in appearance and taste, not to sweet and light, no icing sugar a big plus. Lots of the guests said it is the best cake they have tasted. Also the cake was a work of art, lots of care went into the making of the Alice in Wonderland cake. Delivery time was specified by company and arrived on time.
