I could tell the actual physical size in mm, width and height I knew exactly what I was buying and why different designs were priced differently. A business that is that transparent has nothing to hide. As engineer, I look for that level of information when spending that much money.

Feb 19,2025I order a $2300 baguette eternity ring, received the ring and it had a "wavey" look to it and wasn't happy about the workmanship. I called to start a return and was informed that I would be responsible for the shipping and insurance on the piece returns. When asked why the policy stated it was money back quarantee and this morsal of information wasn't shared on the website as the consumer would probably want to know, no real answer. Ask if they were part of the BBB, she stated yes, when asked for that number, she "looked" and said I guess not. Had thought about exchanging the ring, but after that conversation, I decided to cut my losses and paid to return the ring and chose to spend my money elsewhere.
