He advised me on my problem and even made a very good recomendation on how to procceed, He had patience and understanding all the time and even contacted me again to see did i get sorted. 100% top class CS from Kyle and Annke...

Jan 16,2024My DVR, although set to record continuously, kept intermittently failing to record for weeks at a time. Once I was no longer able to troubleshoot it myself, I submitted a support request, which was an easy process. Within 24 hours I was contacted by a lady named Joy, and from the beginning she was nothing but helpful, supportive, friendly, and patient. Throughout the process, she responded to my messages quickly and always did her best to try and figure out the issue, and in the end, the problem was resolved (the unit just needed a firmware upgrade). I couldn't ask for better tech support. Annke is a great company to work with and Joy deserves some kind of bonus or reward for her hard work and dedication!

Yardimci olmuyorlar .hastayim diyor baska bir sey demiyor alacakcaksaniz 100 eueo fazla verin almanyada adresi olan bir firmadan alin annke wen sayfasinda adresi dahi yok kimseye ulaşılamıyor cameraya ayar yapılacak bewegung melden einstellen plugin eksik 100 defa indiriyorum olmuyor. Hareket anında kaydetmeye başlıyor ama 10 saniye bir anda donuyor o 10 saniyede neler olduğunu goremiyorsunuz. Cok amatör cin mahalle dukkani paranızla rezil.olmayin almayin

Jan 13,2024I am happy that an assigned agent responded to my email from afar seven hours after my inquiry to initiate the surveillance system with an email that was to the point and provided more information than I needed. I was concerned that I would have to wait a longer time because of the time zone difference and hours of operation. I needed to get a surveillance system to run, to keep watch over my home and yard from a burglar that lives nearby, and despite the police who won't help me unless I have video to catch him stealing. My system is running!

Jan 12,2024Very poor. cameras go offline at random every few months.This company used to be excellent but now doesn't answer queries with live chat. It took me 3 days to get them to help and this was only after phoning their UK help line. I then spent 2 hours online with a technician- when I finished 3 cameras that had been been working had gone offline and the two that were not working had come back online. The technician then abruptly disappeared as her working session had ended. I won't buy Annke again-I suggest you spend more for abetter product.

Jan 06,2024Well I had a DVR that I had purchased a while back about 6years ago. Had it setup by a friend of mine at the time since I didn't know alot about cameras systems. However within the COVID 19 pandemic some cameras failed and I shelved the system. So recently I fixed the cameras put them up again but realized I had forgotten the admin password. That's when I tried resetting it and contacted Annke support via email. And due to the time zone difference it took somewhile sending them the exported key file and having to receive an unlocking key file back. But thanks so much for the patience and commitment to customer service... I finally pulled through and reset my DVR successfully ☺️👍😊😊

Jan 01,2024Ich habe das Überwachungssystem seit etwa einem halben Jahr. Die vorsindflutliche Bedienung ist ja schon beschrieben worden. Jetzt wollte ich einem Marder Filmen, der ums Haus schleicht, um zu sehen wo er ggf. ins Dach geht. Leider schaltet aber die Nachtsichtaufnahme nach gefühlt 1- 2 sec wieder um auf Tageslichtmodus, um dann festzustellen, dass es doch zu dunkel ist. In der Zeit ist der Marder schon lange weg. Annke kann das Problem nicht lösen. Schade
