I had a couple problems with a broken device and it’s replacement. I made a schedule with the support. The problem was fixed with experience, knowledge and anytime friendly communication. I had many contacts to other companies for support but this I will not forget. It was an awesome experience for me. Stay like you are on your high support level.
After a year my cam gave problems.I contacted customer service.Helpful quick and professional assistance. They find the problem and eaven with my bad english they guided me to fix it.Now is working .
While the camera itself is great, the process of connecting it to WiFi can be cumbersome, and it's tough to get a hold of the company's support team.

I was locked out of my system due to not setting recovery options and needed help. The tech support team helped me use my computer to unlock it. I had trouble figuring it out but they were very patient and understanding. Joy was pleasant along with others I spoke with.

So Amazon sold me a customer returned product, that only contained half the items advertised. Of course Amazon didn't want to do the 30 day return, even though that would have been the right thing to do, and instead, denied me any assistance at all. I went to the company that provided the equipment and explained my situation. Get screwed over by Amazon, denied any help, forced to re-buy all the missing pieces, just to find out the hard drive was malfunctioning. I bought a second dvr. The hard drive was bad in that one. Amazon gets -5 stars and could really use some improvements in their customer service and corporate policy enforcement policies. Can't even follow through with something they offer. I requested to have it returned and exchanged, and still have proof of it, but they denied me, and sent me to the manufacturer. Communicated with them until they decided to fix the issue Amazon forced me to deal with. So they exchanged my cameras for the correct ones, helped troubleshoot all the problems and assist with diagnosing the dvr and hard drives. It just got solved today. April. Since April I've been dealing with this crap. Thanks for nothing Amazon. Packages getting stolen, and they I go to buy a home security system, and half my cameras get stolen off my porch because Amazon hires people who can't read, and even after filing a police report, they still refused to credit me for leaving my purchased products where I specifically instructed them to not leave them. What a crock of crap Amazon. No accountability, no customer service, no professionalism. Just profit over people. Annke on the other hand.........best company I've dealt with, ever. Like seriously. I can't brag on them enough. Patient, helpful, professional, caring, dedicated to establishing the resolution I deserved from the beginning. 5 stars Annke, 5 big stars!

I was having trouble reseting the admin password. I walked through the steps you suggested but kept getting error messages. You gave me online help and I even called your center for help. I then switched the network and got help via TeamViewer, it problem was solved finally! Much thanks to Lexi and Ava for doing an outstanding job.
Matériel de qualité, je suis propriétaire de plusieurs systèmes, mis en œuvre relativement facile, un seul bémol : l'assistance exclusivement en anglais le Chat inutile car vous renvoyant systématiquement sur les FAQ j'ai actuellement une caméra en commande, WZ 500 et je ne sais toujours pas si elle sera compatible avec mon enregistreur, j'attends la réponse, il y a des chances que ça se finisse encore sur les FAQ English.

Annke customer service is very good. The products are OK and they offer better choices than some other manufacturers. But the User Guides and software really leave a lot to be desired.
