Oct 08,2024Der Support ist einfach unmöglich. Immer wieder werden die gleichen Fragen gestellt. War mit der Qualität einer Kamera nicht zufrieden und wollte nur die RMA um sie zurückzuschicken. Jetzt endlich nach 2 Monaten ist die Kamera auf dem Rückversand. Einfach nervenraubend und zeitaufwendig. Nie mehr ANNKE.

Oct 07,2024I been trying to return a broken product for days no phone number no chat no return address no reply to emails going around in circles .annke states you can return but no idea who too looks like can only return to a bin because nothing else exists!!! Money down the drain . Always bought annke but will never buy direct from them again . BEWARE AVOID DO NOT BUY !

Oct 07,2024I buy a door camera. Was working perfectly until yesterday and stops. And I saw to late .I send messages via chat. They respond me how to do it. But still camera it’s say connection failed.I tried to reboot the camera.I tried to reset the camera.I try to connect the camera with cable in wifi.I tried with data mobile and still doesn’t work. And I need to much to make it work. The wifi doesn’t have any problem. The password doesn’t have any problem.I am disappointed. Its my first camera that it’s happening this. Annke Costumer are ok but I think actually the camera has a problem. To bad really .Money throw in the bin.

They were very helpful and resolved my question within 24 hours. I bought a system and it was with me 48 hours later. A great system and very user friendly to install and set up. No complaints here.

Oct 10,2024My support experience with Annke was great they were able to help me trouble shoot my camera issue quickly and determine that my camera needed to be replaced. They shipped me out a replacement in just a few days and now my camera is back up and running.
