Jun 24,2019I instructed APJ solicitors due to pension mis-selling. I’m delighted to say that they got all my money back for me plus more. I was kept informed every step of the way and every time I phoned them for an update they spent time in chatting to me and explaining where we were in the process. It took slightly longer than I was first advised but they won through for me in the end and I’m delighted.

Jun 20,2019APJ Solicitors was my 3rd company I have used to reclaim my lost pension fund. Other companies had said they could help but only got so far with it and then said "sorry we cant get any further ", so I saw an add on Facebook and thought, what the hell, I've nothing to lose. This company took my case and guided me through the whole process, kept me informed and today gave the good news I had been waiting for. It's been a long process but worth the wait.

Jun 19,2019A quick summary of events: 1) Request help in July 2018 2) Hear nothing so call in Nov 2018 to be told bank haven’t replied so they’ve been told reply or court action. 3) Hear nothing so again I call in Feb 2019 to be told bank don’t know who I am!! Lol 7 months!! 4) Told in May no case as loan was settled pre regulation date. A quick question on my call in July 2018 to see if it passes fundamental restrictions might be good procedure and avoid unnecessary work surely? 5) Request all my paperwork back in June to see that bank questioned who I was in Sep 2018? Lol too funny for words. 6) Request of final assistance in June has gone the same way as all other requests. Silence..... Make up your own minds on that service.

Jun 11,2019First of all I am quite impressed with the quality of being kept informed in quite a clear and understandable way. I know my case which has not been settled as yet is a complexed matter but Emma and the team at APJ have been excellent keeping me informed of the process which otherwise I would not be able to understand all the legal jargon. I also found APJ are quite reassuring at this most stressful time and the peace of mind knowing some one is fighting your corner after being so humiliated by the snakes who conned me out of my SIPP. May 30,2019I spoke with Rees who was most helpful and educated about international litigation and fraud. He explained the full process and very open with the terms of trade relating to the Claim and that Fee to be charged. Having dealt with international litigation as a Credit Manager in poorly controlled Countries, notably Africa and the South Americas, the man clearly knew the background politics of the Country we are dealing with. Rees was able to understand things in a way that many would not be able to, however it was worth the person listening to him to have a reasonable understanding of the some of the vocabulary which he used as it could be quite complex for those who are not well educated to understand first time. That said, he did have the patience to go back on elements that I may have misunderstood. Certainly he was very clear about the terms of engagement and at the conversation (over an hour-we are both very thorough) I realised we had been on the phone for over an hour but passing very positive and useful information between each other which and I would have no issues with providing supporting evidence to the case and be confident they would know how to Exhibit that to the main Cause and Particulars of Claim, in the Country where the matter is to be heard,
