May 21,2019Made a return call to APJ, spoke to Rhys. Who put me at my ease immediately over the concern of an arduous on-going financial claim. I have just read the comments of 7th May review, ditto, mirror situation as myself. Give up trying to claim as there has been so many setbacks and disappointments. Rhys has given me back the confidence to try again.

Apr 03,2019Really dissatisfied and disappointed as had high hopes that APJ would help us with our case of miss sold pension investment but upto now the person who is apparently dealing with this has not had the courtesy to respond to any of our messages (beginning to wonder if she exists) have awarded two stars purely for her colleagues who although are not able to assist us they are very courteous

Feb 19,2019AJP are the solicitors to deal with your claims I have nothing but praise for this company they handled my claim and won for me they were very professional and kept me well informed all the way through the process if you have not yet contacted them then please do IV never had to do anything like this before but I'm pleased I did Many thanks to all at AJP for all you hard work I really appreciate everything you have done for me thank you

Dec 10,2018Communication is poor. For the past two and a bit years we have had to constantly chase the case worker to get updates. Emails and phone messages don't get returned. We have had numerous people work on our case. Still not finalised.

A representative came to my house to collect my signed forms and all relevant paperwork associated with the investment. Hopefully the outcome will be worth the stress.

May 30,2019From the day I contacted AJP Solicitors they took me and my claim seriously. Whoever I spoke when I needed to call, or when I was contacted was knowledgeable about my case so I never had to repeat any details. They were friendly and very professional. I was always informed of any updates on a regular basis and they always put my mind at rest if ever I was worrying about something. Finally had the news I've been waiting for that my claim had been successful and now the wait has been lifted off my shoulders. I can't thank and praise them enough.
