Unfortunately the reviews are true, it's a scam! I was told the supplier was out of stock 1 day after I placed my order back in July. I was promised mid September delivery, I chased again but was told not in stock again and would be in early November, I chased again but this time ignored ignored ignored, can't phone through, website is no longer working, with all the information I have obtained a refund via my bank. If you are thinking 'I'll hold out a bit longer cause they told me it would be delivered or back in stock soon, DON'T! Obtain a refund via your bank NOW and give as much information against them as possible and explain the website isn't working, their reviews are saying its a scam, and you can't phone through and it will make your dispute very strong!!!!

I ordered a chest freezer on 20th March, I was told delivery would be 2 to 3 weeks after a couple of months I phoned only to be fobbed off with excuses about Brexit, Covid etc. after 5 months a logged on to their refund page, filled it in and told it would take 2 weeks to go into my bank I phoned again and was told that they hadn't had a refund claim but the freezer would be delivered at the beginning of November, it wasn't, my next move is to contact the Fraud department of my bank to ask for help, despicable thieves. I suppose I’m lucky as I only put a deposit of £60 down for a cooker ..but requested they hold on to it unlit we were ready for delivery. However, when we asked them to deliver our cooker - it wasn’t in stock and unlikely to be able to deliver this particular model. So we cancelled. I can’t think how many times I’ve tried to get reimbursement of our deposit without success. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS - and never buy anything from them.
Do not order from this business, it is a complete Scam. We ordered a Fridge freezer in March 21, similar to the majority of reviews that I have read, promised refund, blamed covid, promised 25% discount and now the phone lines are no longer working. The 2 email addresses available on the website will send an automated reply explain you will receive a roper response within 14 days (trust me, you wont). DO NOT USE.
Avoid! You won't receive your order, you won't receive a refund and they won't answer the phone. Luckily I raised a dispute via Halifax and they issued an immediate interim refund (not sure if all banks do this) until Appliance Group respond but I doubt they will....
Ordered an item in April, been fobbed off continuously with poor excuses such as Covid and logistics errors. Avoid as they are scammers. Reporting to Trading Standards if nothing very shortly...
Ordered a fridge in June. Fobbed off for 5 month “due to brexit” no goods. Took my money. Requested a refund no response. Tried to contact via Facebook and telephone…. Again no response. Reported to trading standards. Fraudulent company DO NOT DEAL.
Ordered a drinks fridge back in May in stock on website only to be told out of order expecting in July. July came no delivery. Cancelled order end of August received an email to say refund would take 10-14days sent numerous emails still no refund nearly 3 months later.

Dreadful Phone lines don’t work , emails get left and not responded to . I will be reporting them to the ombudsman , dreadful do not use. Ordered a dishwasher , didn’t arrive 52 days later still waiting for refund . Do not use

Worst company I have ever dealt with, ordered a fridge that was in stock to be told by email it was s mistake on their part and it was a pre order as our fridge had died we couldn't wait 2 months! So asked for a refund and had to email refund department to be told 10 to 14 days, 1 month later still no refund then told it would be 10 to 14 days still no refund, numerous calls and emails later 6 months still no refund!!!
Absolutely shocking ! Payed for this 2 months ago and have heard nothing from them , sent numerous emails and have received nothing at all from them , there phone numbers are non existent ! Scammers !!!!
Do not use. Ordered a cooker inc early August and was told it was not available, so I cancelled and was told to expect a refund in 7 working days, Still waiting. They are a bunch of thieves a a disgrace of a company
Have sent numerous emails since August about Freezer. Still no freezer. Cancellation in Sept still waiting for refund. Just keep sending the same email back to me saying they are really busy because of the pandemic. Sorry but they were quick enough to take my money £319.97p.
This company is a Joke, took two payments for a washing machine. Tried calling but the same recorded message regardless of what day or time you ring. Didn’t reply to emails for days. Then I get a pathetic response saying it will take 4-6 weeks for the washing machine and pretty much a month for a refund. Reading reviews looks like I won’t get it. I have gone through my credit card company and hopefully get it back through them. Also reported to trade and standards.

Shocking company! They take orders for products that they are unable to get and then, when they finally admit this and you cancel the order they take weeks to refund your money. I've been waiting 18 days (14 working days) for a refund and still nothing. They don't answer the phone and won't respond to emails. Next step for me is a legal claim, I fear. Avoid them at all costs!
