Dec 09,2020I ordered a fridge freezer which was due to be delivered within two weeks. After I ordered I received a message to say it would take 4 weeks to deliver. My tenant needs the freezer for Christmas so I wrote to cancel the order and get a refund. I have since written twice more and have had no response.
