Feb 16,2025Hello, I purchased a new dishwasher through AppliancesDirect on 20th Feb 2024 (order number 46794840) and ever since then I have been unknowingly charged 18£ per month by a separate company Complete Savings (completesave.co.uk and completesavings.co.uk) for their "membership programme". I would certainly not have knowingly or willingly signed up to this and reading the many other reviews of Complete Savings there are 1000s of others also impacted by the scam. Please could AppliancesDirect.co.uk comment on whether they are still partners with Complete Savings and whether they are aware of their predatory and misleading tactics? Please could your company assist in having these charges which now total £216 removed from my credit card. Otherwise, I will be complaining to Trading Standards in relation to both AppliancesDirect and their partner CompleteSavings. Regards, Ben Please be aware: There are 1000s of similar complaints for this company under Completesave (completesave.co.uk) on TrustPilot which is the name of the company listed on credit card charges. They have clearly tried to circumvent this by introducing a new similarly named website completesavings.co.uk. Both websites and sets of reviews refer to the same company: Complete Savings.

Feb 17,2025We ordered a dehumidifier on Thursday for a 24 hour delivery Frynoon the delivery arrived but the driver wanted a code I didyhsve a code but had my driver license but no he refused to deliver it but it was on the premises we now have to wait 3 days Monday for it to return or drive 40 miles to pick it up
