Aug 20,2022So, this is my reply to AR15 Discounts' reply to my original review. Trying to sugar coat how they treat a customer is a lame excuse. Sure they offered a refund on a scratched, brand unidentifiable product they sold to me, and deceived by not stating in item description their lame bulk excuse. I bought this heavy piece and a 2nd item piece weighing two ounces. So, they are proud they have a flat rate shipping of $9. I was being fair to ask for 1/2 of the shipping cost refunded on a two item order. I kept the 2 ounce item which I could have got at a local for same price. But, all in all I was ripped off for all my time and trouble. Plus, ended up costing me $9 more on a $20- two ounce item. Or, cost me $9 to return both just to deal with this kind of seller. Stay away from this seller!

I cant speak on customer service cause I've never had a reason to call or contact them. Overall I like this vendor and will definitely use them again.
