UPDATE: I was finally able to get a response from Tier 2 customer support. They reached out to the vendor and had the missing part shipped directly to me. They did resolve the issue and provide everything what was ordered. It was just a bit slower than I would have liked. I would have at least liked to see some level of expedited shipping rather than the normal post office speed. ORIGINAL REVIEW I have been trying to reach out to the company for several days and continually run into road blocks. I started with the chat function which the person is cordial, but says they need to pass me to Tier 2 support, who I never hear from. I have requested a phone call and not gotten called back yet. Tried to call them which is another adventure in finding a phone number only to get a recorded message asking me to leave another message. Tried with the chat again to no avail. I get told that customer service hours are one thing from the chat and another from the email from the system. As of right now, I am still waiting for a return call because the item I purchased did not everything need it in the box to continue my AR build.

I'm not especially thrilled with them not having a phone number to contact them directly although I do understand why they don't. I requested verification of stock on hand and received a reply later via email. I then submitted an order which after processing I received a tracking number but there was a delay of one day before UPS had the item. My purchase was a Lantac EBCG. Their price was on par with other sellers of the same item, nothing spectacular, certainly less than suggested retail from the manufacturer. I did receive the EBCG and it is everything I was lead to believe it was and ordered being a top of the line premium Bolt Carrier Group. The big question: would I use AR15 Discounts again or recommend them? Yes.
Good solid Product. Comes as described. Lightning fast shipping. And i was surprised that the back plate had a ambi sling attachment point.

AR15 displays a wonderful example of customer satisfaction, great discounts on a wide variety of parts and accessories, that I've had no issues with thus far, not to mention lighting fast shipment, with a completion of a THANK YOU from the employees that's completing your order. Someone actually remembers customer satisfaction, which was also instilled to me as an auto body tech 35yrs ago, AR15 great job! To the whole staff! Thanks satisfied customer.
Ordered a barrel, gas block and hand guard for my rifle. Placed the order on Saturday night, Tuesday received email stating it had already shipped and on Wednesday before lunch it had been delivered. Parts look amazing can't wait to put them on. Quick shipping and parts look great, what more could you ask for?

Never again! Terrible customer service. I received an item that was defective from the factory. It took over 5 weeks to get my $20 refunded. I was constantly on customer chat (almost daily) for several weeks just pleading with them to send me a RMA shipping label. Finally after 3 weeks they emailed me an RMA. 2 weeks after returning the item i contacted them again. Customer service had no tracking information on the returned item, so I supplied them with that (it was their shipping label). Finally they acknowledged my refund. This was a constant uphill battle filled with frustration to get my $20.00 back. This place is a joke!
I have made 3 orders so far. Good prices, fast shipping and accurate orders- so far so good! EDIT! On my 6th order, they missed an item. I emailed them and they shipped it the next business day with no shipping fee. Everybody makes mistakes, It's how you deal with them that counts. They dealt with it well!
Right now, it's my favorite place to shop. I'm not the kind of guy that sticks to one site, I have shopped at a bunch of other places. So this place, prices are sometimes not the absolute best but they are reasonable but the shipping makes up for it. For example if I find a certain part at a different popular site I can maybe find a certain part for a bit cheaper but the shipping charge alone makes this site a better place to buy. The only place i haven't shopped at for parts is the place with the unfortunate name that charges $10 a month to buy from them and maybe one day when i can afford more things I might try the other place but today this is the place.
They took care of me after I had a shipping mistake and the great thing is I found out I have local store here in my town.
Their Customer Service is a complete joke. Go with JoeBob or Wing Tactical and save yourself a huge headache.
I’ve been in the market for a PWS upper. While searching, I discovered this company with the item listed below other competitors with free shipping; however, the item was out of stock. I joined the waitlist in hopes that the upper would come available prior to Black Friday and/or Cyber Monday sales. It did not, so I began searching on Armslist. Low and behold, I found the exact same upper at the same price point from none other than this company. Yet, I was never notified of the item becoming available (spam and promotion emails checked). I did the online chat to see if maybe the website needed to be updated. They could not answer or explain. I inquired about purchasing and it wasn’t available. A rain check for a later date was also not an option. Edit: Horrible customer service. The response from the business only solidifies my initial complaint. During the online chat the armslist link was provided. No research was provided at the time of concern. They had no interest. Now, rather than pulling the transcript they want me to reproduce the link. The best they could offer me at the time was a line to call to reiterate everything I had informed to the online agent of. That’s not customer service, that’s an irritable waste of time. Will never do business with this company.
Most aggravating order I dealt with for awhile. Made a 7 item order nothing crazy. Everything shipped pretty quick. When I opened my order there was 1 item missing which didnt bother me because it happens. I email them within an hour on Nov 12th about my missing item. Haven't heard anything for awhile so I contacted them again in live chat on Nov 15 about my missing finally got a response and we both agreed just to refund me the $8-9 item because it didnt fit my P80 lower. On Nov 17th, I get a packaged from them. Guess what it was the item I didnt want. I emailed them again on the 17th and didnt get a real response till the 23rd. They told me to return it and they can refund my money. I was like thats not right because they screwed up my order then they did something different what we agreed on and now I have to go out of my way to return the item. This is the worst and most hassle customer service I had to deal with. They finally caved in and refunded my money. They said they are not forcing me to return it but I dont have too. Trust me Im not going out of my way they behaved. This is absurd customer service for a $8-9 item. Wont be shopping there no more.
I like this site. They always have a new set of deals going and they are up front about shipping delays which is rare now. Ordered several times and even had an item go on sale the day after I ordered, contacted them, and they credited me the difference! (Armaspec Stealth recoil spring. Love it!) Fantastic, saved in my browser. Free shipping most of the time too. Haven't done any FFL transfers but that's not really my thing, I pay in store for stuff like that to not get any issues...if you're buying AR stuff and are worried about 20 bucks here and there, stop trying to be in the expensive rifle club at all.

Have had good experiences and looked up reviews too give them a thumbs up. Discounted items are amazing. I go on the site every once in a while. Just ordered a RA trigger for 60 bucks off msrp. Have used lower kit builder too build two ar15s and one ar9.
Just unboxed my fairly extensive order from AR15Discounts.com and I am impressed. It came quickly and was packed very thoughtfully. In addition, a nice packing slip printout and a note from the person who packed it. I thought it was a nice touch. The prices were right and shipping was fast.
