Feb 08,2025This is the first time I've had a missing item(s) from my order. I sent an email off with the information they asked for and it's been 2 weeks since I sent it and I've gotten no reply from thier customer service about anything. So I'm not sure if I'm getting my shorted 2 items or they're still investigating or what. What products they sell I've had no problems with but it's frustrating when you have a problem and you get no replies or action to your request. Update. After trying live chat with ar15 discounts. I finally got a email (although I'm pretty sure it was computer generated) to tell me the time frames for response. Still no update about out come yet. Hopefully this week. 2/10/2025 Final update: Finally got a reply via email (I missed the phone call because I was at work) they gave a in-store coupon which is fine I reordered what went missing in the order and got the picatinny rail that I wanted so all is fine in my world again.

Feb 08,2025I bought three charging handles for Christmas presents. Two were mounted and the latch deformed beyond use after having the bolt cycled a few times by hand. Never even saw the range and we had to switch them out. Ar15 Discount never returned calls or emails about it, they don't care. If you want to buy from someplace that doesn't care about their customers, this is the place. But with all the great companies available I won't be back. Oh, and good luck getting them to stop spamming you!

Jan 31,2025Recently ordered a firearm from this vendor based on information in the description on their website. Subsequently the FFL stated the firearm is not permitted in this state. The vendor charged inordinate shipping and re-stocking fees to return the item despite the incorrect information on their site ( the website still contains the incorrect information. I contacted the vendor seeking some relief in the exorbitant fees and they ignored my request despite the erroneous information. I do not recommend purchasing from this vendor.

Jan 29,2025I ordered two measly 6.5 Grendel 10rd. magazines over two weeks ago. They banged my credit card. I attempted to contact them and there is NO phone number for this mess of a company. I made contact via email and was told there was a holiday delay but they would be shipping in a couple of days. Three days after they told me it would ship they provided a USPS tracking number. USPS has been waiting a week for AR Bullshit to provide the mags. I tried to cancel the order and to get a remittance on my credit card. THEY NOW SAY THEY CANNOT CANCEL THE ORDER THEY HAVE NOT SHIPPED. THERE IS NO PHONE NUMBER TO CONTACT THESE ASSHOLES. IF YOU ARE RUNNING A BUSINESS AND HAVE NO PHONE CONTACT SERVICE YOU HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. BEWARE OF THIS INEPT BUSINESS. I WILL ATTEMPT TO GET MY MONEY BACK FROM MY CREDIT CARD SERVICE. THEY PROVIDE PERSONAL CONTACT VIA THE TELEPHONE.

Jan 27,2025I purchased an approximately $400 order, several items. One item was a KAK 5/8-24 ar10 flash hider. The muzzle device cost about $40. When I received the order everything was ok except the flash hider, it was the wrong size, It was 1/2-36. I have been trying to get a replacement with the correct size for 2 weeks now. I have been on their chat and also requested a phone call, which I got and was promised that they would take care of it. I still have not heard anything from them after the last chat. They do not honor their word or their policy that they state on their website. I have been blown off by them. I would like to tell everyone, if they mess up your order, good luck in getting it taken care of and you will not get your money back. I will never do business with them again.

Feb 11,2025The shipping times are slower than any business I have dealt with ever in my last 25 years of purchasing items from online vendors. I wanted to purchase from this company because they are close (less than 3 hours away) wanted to give local businesses some revenue and I figured I would receive my items quickly. I even paid extra for the UPS shipping because USPS is not reliable at all any longer, but that doesn't seem to make much difference. What I bought was just a trigger. No FFL, no background...none of that. Purchased on a Sunday evening. The amount certainly has been held on my card, but here it is on a Tuesday and I'm still being "processed" I doubt my order will show up this week and that is PATHETIC for a company that is a 3.5 hour drive away. I have ordered items from China and received them quicker.
