Sep 23,2020They had what I needed for a build but when I ordered it took about a week to ship, understandable during the pandemic but explain to me why it's been another week and my package is still in pre shipment, like they forgot to carry my package to the post office? Update 9/23/20. Conveniently a day after I posted this review my package seems to now have been updated with a delivery date, so my package is on it's way, finally.

Sep 02,2020Order an item and my card was charged and 1 week later my item still hasn’t been shipped! I have tried to talk to somebody but they only have a chat line that is useless! I have also tried to cancel the order and get my card refunded and same thing no response! If anybody has dealt with this thieving company and got a refund back please let me know what I need to get my money back! I will never do business with this company again!!!!

Aug 19,2020I placed an order requiring an FFL transfer, immediately contacted my FFL to gave them emil a copy of their licence to the merchant. Day two, i recieve an email asking for additional information from the FFL, which I forwarded along. Day three I recieve an email stating my order was picked and packaged, ready to ship and had a FedEx tracking number attached. I ran the tracking number through FedEx's tracking lookup, and they estimated a delivery in 3 days (with a specified date and time), I communicated this to my FFL, who would be near closing time by the FedEx estimated time, and they offered to remain open for additional time to accommodate the transfer, as the time between closing and the estimate was greater than my travel time to the FFL location. The estimated time comes and goes, the FFL recieved a delivery via FedEx, but my order was not amongst it. Recheck of the tracking number shows the package has never been scanned by FedEx, meaning the merchant has not shipped on the promised date at all, and now cannot find my order. I contacted their customer service chat, and their agent there was unable to anything more than copy and paste pre-scripted responses about increased shipping times due to Covid-19, dispite having already sent me an email stating my order was promised to ship 3 days prior. I will be giving the one more oppertunity to correct this today, and if they fail to ship my order today, express, I will be contacting ATF and my credit card's fraud prevention departments and let the courts deal with them.

Jul 28,2020Same as others fast to take the money 2 days to process payment, 12 days and counting and they still have not shipped. Other sites are dealing with covid just like this company the difference is other sites process payments when they confirm shipment. 12 days and counting

Jul 24,2020Very disappointed in this company. There has now been 3 emails sent as my husband and I paid for fast shipping and the first order was NOT all that was ordered and suppose to come. We then sent a email and was told it would be out within 2 day and here at our home, fast forward from Sunday to today and still We do not have the barrel. I genuinely want to know why it is taking so long to receive a part we paid good money for.

Jul 21,2020Good company, but their order processing is very slow. I've ordered twice over the past 60 days and each order took about 10 days to process and ship. No items were backordered. On the other hand, what's great about them is their discount codes. You can almost always get a 10% discount code from their website. Customer service has been responsive when I inquire about items that I've ordered. If they'd get stuff out the door faster I'd give them 5 stars.

Jul 09,2020AR15DISCOUNTS.COM/ Dirty Bird Industries both have the exact address but claim to be different companies. Their customer service is non existent, they are fast to take your money and you will wait MONTHS to get something supposedly in stock....or in my case just calling the bank to report a fraud case after trying multiple times trying to contact them to actually get what I paid for. These people are a absolute disgrace to the 2nd amendment supporting Customers but I guess I shouldn't be surprised since they are in Bakersfield California.

Jun 02,2020WOW!!!! second order from AR !5 Discounts. Lightning fast delivery on both orders! Las order I ordered on a Saturday morning, it is now Monday evening and the order for the most part are already installed!! and that was the FREE shipping for order over $99.00! Some of the parts were from Aero Precision and those are either rare or a hot commodity!! waited 6 weeks from a different vendor! KUDOS guys and gals! great job! You will be hearing more from me!

Feb 01,2020First and last time buying from here, bought 2 Toolcraft BCG, received one with deeply flawed from machinery. I have owned more than 10 Toolcraft BCG, NONE of them at this worse condition. AR15 discounts must have known this before they shipped it out, because Toolcraft never let their products slipped out with any blemishes like this. Too bad for you AR15 discounts.

Oct 20,2019This company has OUTSTANDING customer service. I'm 40 so I have experience with shady and great companies and this is one of the greatest companies I've ever dealt with. They honored sales price on out of stock items when they came back in stock after the sale was over which is unheard of. Sent gift cards through email for reviewing newer products. When I asked questions about an item on a Friday, I didn't have to wait til Monday to get an answer like it says on their site. Someone emailed me the next day about it and was extremely friendly. I can't believe this company doesn't have more reviews on here. They are top notch.

Sep 23,2020Place an order my CC was charged and 7 days later my Order still has not shipped . contacted them 4 times in the last 48 hrs and they still refuse to do anything . Looks like i am going to have to call the bank . Stay away from these crooks at all costs. If you want to buy American then don't spend your money here.
