The sales assistant Campbell Moorhead was very helpfull, did not pressure me to make a purchase and allowed me to try various mattresses as I had picked a wooden bed frame from your on line site. The store has a wide variety of beds and mattresses at competitive prices.I would return to your store and advise my friends to do so and ask for Campbell to assist them

Feb 20,2025Amazing customer service from Lynn at your Uddingston store, she really went above and beyond for us. We ordered a bed and Lynn was great from start to finish! The first bed got delivered and had not been built properly, and had signs of bad workmanship Lynn came to the rescue and was dealing with the manufacturer on our behalf. Second New bed arrived, and wasn’t built to what we wanted, with some signs of cosmetic damage etc. Lynn made sure we got a resolution that we were happy with and really took her time to make sure we were completely happy. This review regarding the actual bed could make archers look bad as they are the “middle person” however Lynn was faultless and was an absolute pleasure to deal with, she really made what could have been a very negative experience into a positive one, we will definitely be going back to see Lynn for a new bed for our spare bedroom, thank you so so much! Feb 21,2025AVOID!! I had an awful experience with Archers, absolutely shocking customer service and not helpful at all when I tried to sort the matter. Update - Archers have point blank refused to help me, they have left me with a bed that has obvious manufacturing faults that had resulted in me having to pay someone to discard of the bed and buy a new one! Cowboys!
