Feb 23,2025Excellent service, the salesperson knew just the type of mattresses for my Mum to try. Very happy with purchase process. Just to await delivery now. Update- unfortunately the mattress has not met expectations. It is too high for the bed base and my Mum can’t get in it easily. We specifically said at time of looking we did not want a deep mattress, the one delivered is about 3-4 inches deeper than the original. The store are not being helpful in trying to change it saying we did not buy their mattress protector. This was not mentioned at time of purchase. Extremely disappointed in the service received. Seems they only give ‘good’ service when you are spending a fortune. I now would not recommend this company and will avoid.

Feb 22,2025Ewan Miller was our salesman, he was very knowledgeable about the products. Excellent, we had seen a wardrobe and bedside tables we liked by the same maker but different designs. He saved the day points out although the same maker the furniture oak colour was different. I would have been so disappointed if this hadn’t been highlighted, thank you!

Feb 21,2025This company is wonderful, but the very best part is the live chat where you can talk, in person, to someone if you have a problem. Well, I did. I accidentally ordered the wrong size adjustable bed for my husband’s birthday and realised what I’d done when it arrived!😫 So I contacted live chat and found a fantastically patient and helpful man called Sam. I was very stressed about what I had done, but he very quickly sorted out my problem and helped me order the RIGHT size, which is coming next week. He is my new hero! Thank you Archers, for Sam and all your help.

Feb 21,2025Donna (our sales guide) was excellent in determining exactly what we were looking for and then matching our needs with the correct products. I had originally just visited for a single bed but was so comfortable dealing with Donna that we ended up also purchasing a double-bed and various add-ons. At no time did we feel pressured to buy. It was a great shopping experience all round. A couple of days after placing said order I had to make a small change to the specifications of one of the beds and this was handled and amended seemlessly. I look forward to, and know I will receive, the same level of service when the beds are delivered and assembled by Archers Sleepcentre. Would gladly recommend Archers to all and sundry,
